I mean, normally a coach brings his guys with him. That's under normal conditions, not hair-on-fire, full on panic emergency hiring. He'd have time to assess everything. Not in-season, mid-stride retooling. Only so much he can do. He was f***ing coaching Hartford **yesterday** and flown in today for the conference. Again, just goes to show the 3 ring circus being run behind the scenes.

Woody was an annoying droning speaker when he was just starting. Oilers gave him a spot on Oilers Now and he really improved how he spoke as time went on. Knob defiantly doesn't speak as well as Woody, but it could just be a different style. I see Woody as more of a hype man/salesman type, Knob seems stoic. Hopefully wisdom comes with that.

we had a good coach and we are replacing him with a rookie with no practice days between games. We better hope for a big bounce from the coaching change because this team got another coach fired (5 since Todd) and there's no reason to think Knoblauch will do any better. Jay deserved more of a leash.

Rishaug asking if more accountability needed to be demonstrated to the team by coaching staff, holding guys to account. Holland on a rambler again, says 'that's a really good question'. Attaboy, way to earn that $5 million Holland.

This team has had the same problems since the dark days. What is that like 16 years? lol
 
I won’t miss hearing Woody speak. I’ve long felt I’d like to tutor him on public speaking.

Still a terrible move.

Don't really care about the pressers, however it has everything to do with how he relates to the team. We will see I guess, winning is all that matters.
