yeah not even about the 2nd/4th (STL became desperate/50% retained yadayada) but him not seeing that Scandella-Joker was working and not sending down/potentially terminate Bogo back then...immediately using capspace on Frolik while still having Bogo around and in & out of lineup...really big whiff on the D situation/scenario...really mindnumbing

Botterill is like the new dumpster GM of the league. ROR for peanuts, Skinner 9M, Scandella for a 4th while Bergevin flips him for a 2nd.

It's getting to a point where i bet, whether you're agent or another GM, you see Botterill's name on that phone you have a different mindset answering the phone.

Not to mention, the guy has zero charisma.
