I'll agree, I'd rather see everything get called when it's intentional, and nothing accidental get called. It's the nature of the beast. Two official system would really help this tournament.

That's pretty much Marc Staal in a nutshell.

Makes great plays but also blitheringly stupid ones. He was much more on the side of the good this tourney. So much potential, but he needs to harness it better.

For the longest time I thought "Shaibu" was the name of a player on Team russia...I kept thinking "That sounds more Japanese than Russian."

Anyways, makes sense now.
 
My dad gave me my grandfathers pipe as a memento this Christmas (apparently Dunhill pipes are great or something), and I decided to try it out tonight before the 1st period.

You better believe I'm busting that out every Canada game ever!

I don't see Staal as a potential type guy. Going to be very solid, but Johnson, Bourdon, etc... are the guys who need to put their potential together. Bourdon and Staal have both been mvp's in this tourney, but lets not forget Pogge.

Russia scored, and they didn't even notice.
