And then tries a dogshit wraparound when he has two uncovered players approaching the slot. Dude is so dynamic, but at even strength just tries one thing himself and then coasts away from the play way too often. Bedard is the same way. It blows my mind that these guys can watch centers like Crosby, Toews, Barkov, O'Reilly, and Kopitar lead their teams to Cups and not quickly figure it out.
Crosby was also going on a line change but he quickly looked around and set up the winning goal. Connor loves to bail after he figures his shift is over.

Crosby turned the puck over, Sweden got a 2 on 1, then on the way back he dropped the puck way back to make a line change. Glazing that play and using it as some reason to critique 97 is very strange, but you do you.

Meh the game was okay. Definitely didn’t have an Olympic feel by any means

It's been a while since we've had olympic best on best hockey, but the 6 i do remember the first games usually felt a little lackluster unless it was a big time match up. I think in the Sochi games, USA's second game was against Russia and it was electric.

This was real fun to watch, despite the challenging hours I staid awake and survived.

Best on best internation hockey is my favorite hockey - plz stay forever.
Tight game, both could have won and in the end the bad guys did (sry)

Mackinnon and McDavid on the same team in 3on3 is just flat out scary
Zibanejad - what is his deal, what happened to him this year? He probably shouldnt be on the team let alone getting the amount of icetime he gets. Some weird coaching decisions by Hallam

Congrats Canada, more of this plz!

Yea, lucky Sweden bobbled that 2 on 1. Also lucky Canada didn't get a too many men penalty just before that after MacKinnon turned the puck over and then was slow getting off the ice.
