Please recover some draft picks or a RD. He might say all the right things, but his. Is language clearly says otherwise

I wonder if something around Chychrun and Ulmark could work? Get both to commit to extending before pulling the trigger?

Damn I like this alot. Maybe eat half on Forsberg going back if they need a cheap vet backup?

Maybe if Ullmark wasn't a UFA a year from now and didn't have a NTC.

We could try to pry Logan Thompson away from the Knights in a Chychrun + Tarasenko deal.

He's a UFA in a year but unlike Ullmark he's Canadian and has also never made a dime in his career.

Will probably look to cash in big time on an extension this summer, and Vegas already has Hill + a bunch of good young goalies in the pipeline.

That can work. Vegas has some draft capital that they can afford to throw in. We wouldn't need to retain either because Chychrun would replace Martinez's salary after he comes off the books next year. Chychrun for Vegas 1st, Thompson, and one of their better prospects like Brisson or Edstrom.

More like Tarasenko for a 2nd followed by Brisson for Chychrun in the summer.

Chychrun would be a good add for Toronto but they’d need to pay someone to retain.

C'mon LA, give us what we need in our RD for Chychrun.

1st rounder, Roy, Lizotte, and a conditional third that becomes a 2nd if LA wins a round.

Carolina waived a bunch of guys, so maybe someone is coming from there...either way I think he has to be moved this TDL and maximize what can be recouped

Not sure there is a place for him there, and if there is it likely comes with us having to take Orlov's 7.25 mill contract off their hands

I'd expect them to add Guentzel up front, can't see them making a move for a left D

That Orlov signing was awful for Carolina. They're always getting another top 4 defender instead of getting a killer top 6 forward. Only way they get Guentzel is if another team retains half. I hope Staios gets us a 2nd round pick for retaining Guentzel and sending him to Carolina.

If we move anything for Ullmark, Boston needs to let us negotiate an extension or it ain't it.

Chychrun for Ullmark with some additional pieces to even everything out would be great, but we can't have another Cat situation.

Does he like just totally not comprehend the break out system? The amount of times he puts the puck right on an opponent stick is crazy

Chychrun was so happy to be traded to the Sens but for a variety of reasons it hasn't worked out. I'm sure its been a big letdown for him and he just wants out now.

Absolutely invisible last night when the game turned physical.

Drives me nuts when big ripped guys shy away from contact while Branstrom is always in the mix taking a beating to make a play.

Haven’t been very impressed in a very long time.

Leading up to the tying goal on the delayed penalty is a play that stood out for me.

Had a chance to angle a Kings player into the boards. He had body position, and if he engaged the puck would have been controlled by Ottawa.

Instead he poked at the puck with one hand on the stick and skated along beside the Kings player who kept his feet moving, continued the cycle and the Kings scored.
