Classy, do you mean like how some of the visiting NYers act while in FL?

You tell me:

;) Maybe you should make a thread about it?

I would, but seems like Rangers fans have a time limit on when they can post in the very busy Stanley Cup Forums (with 4 currently active teams).
;) well, the mods are like refs, right?

Of course they’re gonna screw you.

there's also the option most adults take, you can just ignore the thread if it bothers you so much.

So you created a spite thread and the mods saw it for what it is? It this really worth crying about?

You tell me:

Well that was a failure of a thread. The reply that had a different hit was a lot more predatory than the original one, which looked shoulder to shoulder. I personally don't like those high hits but the NHL is ok with them.

Haha. Funny take and not at all factual or relevant to my comment.
- Did I mention officiating in the bruins series? No
- did I mention the bruins at all? No
- original 6? No

The panthers are a tough group, they were the much better team against a bruins team who’s record belies their lack of talent.

But the Panthers are what they are, and my comment was accurate. Don’t use my post as a launching pad for your ridiculous opinion piece. It’s lame and transparent.
I was not to referring to just you. I still see Bruins' fans on Twitter just crying about hits in this series. "Florida is so dirty blah blah''

Gotcha, I see fans from all fan bases commenting about all sorts of aspects of series in progress or in the past, it’s nothing new.

I do think the suggestion by many NHL fans that Florida has a higher propensity to commit cheap acts and refuse to answer the bell is probably accurate though. Some may disagree, I am sure.

But That I wouldn’t characterize as crying in any respect. I’d characterize it as observant.

This is the conclusion many fans around the league come to after watching the Panthers swarm their team for a game. Everything starts to becomes cheap or dirty in their eyes when they watch their team consistently have no answer for it.

Yea, but lets be real if it was Boston committing these acts their fans would love it. "The Boston bullies are back'' would be shouted. There are losers Kevin Bieksa who just cry about Cousins then call Trouba clean. Seems like when non traditional markets play a certain way it is ''dirty'' and when the traditional ones do its "hard playoff hockey."

It's normal to hear a lot more whining coming from ex-players/fans/media when the markets are so much bigger than Florida's. Toronto (last year), Boston, NYC they don't whine because they are traditional markets, it's because they are loud media market at all time for any reason whatsoever.

The OP literally admitted immediately that it was a spite thread posted days after the event lol.

Yeah not in board with you but ok.

So the passive aggressive “you’re just mad because your team was swarmed” is transparent and humorous.

It’s also a broad brush posting technique which yeah, in part is the norm because you don’t know individual posters and why they post the way they do, thus the generalizations.

Some fans, believe it or not, can remain relatively objective and make statements based on observation rather than emotion.

The evidence that I based my comment on was one of objective observation over the past couple of years against all opponents and really was not all that damning of the Panthers, so not sure the sensitivity to what’s a pretty common observation.
