Harris, Evans, RHP, Dvorak, and if not accompanied by a first, then Barron, Xhekaj as well.
 
This thing is probably all BS, it STUNK hard with the Iafallo Vilardi stuff being “announced” from Winnipeg…. And f***in ZERO deal being put to paper right away.

Chevy is doing his best right here, so is Brisson. GM’s usually don’t talk and neither are people on the org. Only agents and desperate GM’s give out shit to make up stuff but don’t hold any value to a confident GM. Remember Gainey being red mad at TBay for leaking the Vinny stuff? Blake and HuGo aren’t moving and they know what is occurring.

Suzuki was 22 when his extension kicked in iirc and he hadn’t hit more than 60pts pace at that point. Sometimes you gotta bet on the guy you like. It isn’t often a former 3OA who has steadily improved and is now a regular 60pt player at age 24 will suddenly crash but sure there is a risk of that.

Suzuki hasn't hit his apex yet IMO. The contract was handed out by Bergevin but I think HuGo are very comfortable with what Suzuki has given the team.
One of the realities people seem to neglect is we have yet to surround Suzuki with the talent Dubois has had.

It is what it is but it's not easy to find a center like that.

My point really was.....he's not McDavid, Eichel, Matthews type of center.....he's a tier below which might not be that easy to find, but a lot easier that the first tier of centers I mentioned.
