I don't think Lucai has an out-clause in his contract....
I think it's time for you to hire new writers. The old guys are reaching for material.

What if you play Nash on LW, and call up Kristo?
For those who follow the Whale, the reports are his defense isn't good. That line would be awful defensively.

Hello everyone, been a lurker for a while. Finally decided to waste my time at work with something productive.
Anyways does any see Kreider adopting a game similar to Grabner's? He could use his speed for constant breakaways. Grabner would be a killer in this league if he could finish and Kreider has the hands to do it. Right now it seems Kreider is using his speed for forechecking more so than breakaways. It could be he is just trying to find his unique niche in the NHL.![]()
To be honest, I think the closest thing I can think of for a comparison would be a poor mans Ovechkin.
Not many guys with that combo of size/speed in the league.

How poor are we talking here?![]()
It kinda feels like the opposite. It feels like at least three times a game someone will pass it like 10 feet in front of him like they're trying to spring him for a breakaway. I can't be the only one who notices itIt's not like Kreider isn't trying to use his speed to create breakaways, however he's not an idiot defensively like Grabner who often puts himself out of position in order to get those breakaway chances, it doesn't always blow up in his face but I think Kreider at this point is going to air more on the side of caution but eventually he'll get his chances.

What about a poor mans Landeskog, both are "man childs" who are fast, strong, and chippy
Kreider has 2 more points than Barkov in 8 less games. He also has 1 point less than MacKinnon in 6 less games. Impressive no matter how you slice it.
Well said. Eagle eye award for that one.
And to think so many --- not a reference to you, my good man --- were adamant about trading Kreider for one of them.
Yeah, I suffered the last couple of years, but now I can reap my looking good for what I said with praise heaped upon CK!
Are you saying you wouldn't trade Kreider for MacKinnon or Barkov?Well said. Eagle eye award for that one.

Yeah, he's not playing center, though. Would think that negates you looking good.
