Yea man, it’s out of control the amount of hate he gets. He played less than a full season, and it takes a while for new d-men to learn the defensive side of the game. And he’s undrafted, so obviously he’s not going to be amazing.
When it comes to why I'm so mad about Pionk all the time, it's less about his game and more that the organization has already crowned him Chris Pronger for no reason at all.
Yea, that I completely understand. I have no problem with what you say about him, because it makes sense. He is a middle pairing defenseman at best.
If we didnt have ADA hanging around, doing basically nothing for no apparent intelligent reason.......I pretty much would guarantee Pionka donk, wouldnt be getting ripped like this. It really is unwarranted, and not even close to fair........even if he makes knucklehead plays from time to time. Its a combo made in hell......playing along side Marc, can't be easy., why did Marc even attempt to get off the ice for that goal.....because Micheletti said that Pionk usually makes a good pass there? Wow.
It is a win-win for both sides. I personally care a lot more about the standings then some useless ****in rivalry game
Same fans talking rebuild, tank, blah blah blah and at the same time complaining because these young players are making mistakes. That's what rebuilds are about. The VETERANS making boneheaded moves are fair game.
No they all equally suck and are all here to fill spots. The D core we will be competing with isn't even here yet.
