i would imagine theres a time period where he can't have anything in the eye..but after a certain amount of time, one would think Laser Eye surgery would be an option.

as someone who had it done myself (as did both my brother, and my wife), it's a wonderful thing.

As was it stupid to declare the problem solved because you and your brother no longer require reading glasses.

It's not as simple as imperfect vision ---> laser eye surgery.

Suit up Eric in Marc's jersey. Send Jared to replace Eric at the World's. No one will know. They may wonder why Marc is playing forward, but whatevs.
 
The game that will define our season...Either its a preclude to our end with a loss or something great starts tonight.

I will go with the latter...

Oh and Marc Staal and Clowe will be there tonight and will kickass. Believe it.
 
Not sure I want Marc to suit up tonight.

Something really bad could happen if his vision isn't there. For example racing back for icing and missing puck or something.

If he gets injured somehow and we lose the series, heads will be called for.

i'd bet powe's out with that elbow. the staggering in place was scary to see... hopefully he didn't reconcuss but it doesnt look good for him

2 concussions in (essentially) 1/4 of a season's span... doesn't bode well for him.
 
Yea Powe is likely done for the playoffs after another concussion. Good that clowe should be ready Wed.
 
Did Clowe get a concussion? If not, I hope he fights Erskine. Just beat and pummel that piece of ****.
 
It is really amazing to me how good Staal looked out there, all things considered.

Not his usual self no...but with 1.5 eyes and out of peak conditioning he was still a top-3 dman in a playoff game.
 
Pleasantly surprised at how Staal played considering the long layoff and type of injury he suffered. No glaring mistakes or errors from him.
