There are 30 players currently with the team, so I'd have to imagine it's simply a space consideration.

Then again, Philly is a 4 point game (don't even ask what if it goes to OT!)
Hey, if Bob wasn't injured I would be all for it, but he seems to not be 100% yet so not good to give him a B2B.
B2B? No way! I probably would have played Bob in Philly and McBackup against San Jose, but I've never coached an NHL game in my life (so XGMDM says I'm not qualified to render an opinion! LOL)

In a way it's a shame that back-up goalie and fourth liner aren't given same treatment by the fans... Allow them to recover with time like some of the other, more idolized players returning from injuries.

I'd have no problem sitting a couple of the bottom 6 guys to get these two back in the mix. Now if they aren't 100%, thats a different story.
Not surprising news considering that collision into the goal last game. He slid into the boards with a lot of force.

"major?" I haven't seen this anywhere, other than he's both day to day and week to week now. Where did you read it's "major?" I was really hoping he was back tomorrow
When you are due to play and get switched to week to week, coming off abdominal surgery, I interpreted that as major. Maybe I am wrong.
How can you be day to day and week to week at the same time?
