I guess I define major as month to month, so if he's not ready for tomorrow and is downgraded to week to week, that's not unusual for that type of injury.

Based on the Davidson interview on the Jackets web site, it doesn't sound like we will see Letestu, Dubi or Tyutin until late December

Huh? Letestu and Dubi were both pegged around end of November.
I heard the same in the interview. If that happens, our chances of making the playoffs are probably in the single digits.

Kind of confused here. If this is the interview, he doesn't say anything about late December. Letestu and Dubi are given a 'who knows' and Tyutin is given "at least a month". Where are you guys hearing this?

Missed it but how close is close? So far he has missed Fri & Saturday's games. Close would seem to indicate that he would have played by now but maybe he meant next Tuesday? Of course he may have suffered another setback in his rehab and is now week to week, month to month or close to close?

It's Porty, don't take him seriously on stuff like this (or or most anything).
He's transparently offering an opinion, and a respectable one at that. What's the problem? Are you suggesting that worrying about Murray's health is not legit?

I'm not a Porty hater, but there are times where he stretches it. In the past he has often remarked that he is a beat reporter and his job is to report facts. He has stated it is Arace and Hunter's jobs to provide editorial and opinion. Then Porty goes and throws random opinion out as well in times like this.
Basically, the times where he has his cake and eats it too that become annoying.
