Oh I’m sure lol. I just don’t understand how we go from the NCAA pond hockey shit show to the ECF and people are still bitchingThat thread will be active again at some point in the near future.
Shittsburg and I live in PA.everything about that city is subpar, classless and unprofessional. And they smell bad.
Did Vally actually get away with saying the Rangers have "church bells that clank" on air??
This is from 2012 though. I thought in recent history there were a few teams that came out flat after sweeping.3. Four-game sweeps: There have been 18 four-game sweeps in the semifinals since ’87. Teams that won a second-round series by sweeping the opposition went on to win the conference finals 11 times and lost in the conference finals seven times. (The extra rest before the conference finals helped?)
4. Seven-game series: There have been 23 seven-game series in the semifinals since ’87. Teams that won a second-round series in seven games won in the conference finals only six times and lost in the conference finals 17 times. (The fatigue factor of a seven-game series in the semifinals hurt teams in the conference finals?)
There’s no way you break that kids line up. They tried Motte there, it didn’t work. Kakko completes that line.I don’t see Sammy Blais knocking anyone out of the lineup….. except Kakko .
good riddance Tony dangelo
There are definitely some coaching decisions regarding line-ups etc that I disagree with GG. That said, the man is a leader and seems to have the ability of getting this team to play 100% under him when it matters. That's the other side of coaching. There was a thread about firing him like 2 weeks ago
Joking aside, I was happy to see the Canes turn out to be a very professional and respectable opponent. They didn’t melt down like the Caps and Penguins always do. They took the loss like adults. Which means they’ll be back and better next season. They’re not old. There will be more battles with these guys. And I imagine they’ll win their share.Let's give the Canes some credit. After trying to start fights after 3 losses, they finally kept their tails between their legs and let us celebrate. We gave them a lot of practice, and they finally learned how to lose. Good for them.
