Said it on another Leaf site. They should serious look at trading him in the off season. He's going to command more than the 5 million he's making now. Unless he's ok with that then keep him that's all I would pay him. He's been pushed into a #1 role because this team hasn't addressed that in years. He is not a #1 D. Too many brainfarts defensively and running the PP let's not even go there. My opinion trade him so they recoup something because he'll make probably 7 million per which is too much. Otherwise he'll probably walk and like other free agents we've lost we let them go for nothing.
