But i bet if everyone who loves the leafs actually BE-LEAFS,.. Good Shat Will Happen!!

Leafs fans have BE-LEAFed for 6 years now and nothing but bad shat has happened.
So I do question your prophecy powers. ;) To be blunt, I don't think what us fans believe, be-leaf or don't believe makes the slightest bit of difference.

What does is that all this failure - two loses away from the worst playoff series losing streak in NHL history and the first ever team to choke away two 3-2 series leads *and* two 3-1 series leads in a 5-year span - has gotten so far into this teams' collective heads they're beaten before this elimination games start (arguably before these series even start).

So no, I don't hold out hope that they'll get it done in 6 or 7. Because everything we've seen over the previous 6 playoffs, what we've seen from the Bolts this year and in the past, and Toronto's overall play this series suggests that they are destined to blow this series too.

I am going to step in and dictate what will be done now because I'm the boss.
Mathhews, Marner, Bunting
Tavares, Jarnkrok, Kerfoot
O'reilly, Nylander, Knies
Acciari, Kampf, ZAR
Rielly, Schenn
Broadie, Mccabe
Giordano, Liljegrin

No debating...my way or the highway this ttime
You have the second and third lines reversed, but other than that, perfect.

Let’s be honest guys..even if you don’t want to admit it..that was essentially game 7… this series is over barring another miracle. Both the road wins were nothing short of miracles…They ain’t winning game 6 unless it’s another miracle…and game 7.. well we know how that goes. I’m not sure I can really put myself through another leafs meltdown..so other than checking the score here and there I sadly can’t witness anymore games..i’ll check in here though to get an idea of how they’re playing

Just wait until the refs start becoming real factors in Tampa's favour.

Yes, that’s why I said he looks to be getting back into form.

My hope is we’re pulling something similar to what Colorado did last year. Lose game 5 on home ice in a close one, but win game 6 in TB
What I was saying was that even with this above average game, Vasi did not look dominant or steal a win. Very different than previois years still. Very beatable but the bounces didn't go our way tonight

Tampa isn't losing 3 straight on home ice.

This goes to game 7.

interesting fact; Tampa in their history of the play-offs, Tampa have lost 3 home games in a row only twice
to the the Boston Bruins, in 2011 play-offs and to the New Jersey Devils in 2003 play-offs.

in both times... that team went and won the Stanley Cup
so i guess that makes you guys lucky

Is bounces just an excuse? I'm sure championship teams don't rely on bounces to win 16 games. Leafs need to stop making excuses and get it done.

Matthews looks a lot better playing with Nylander.

I flip flop back and forth. Sometimes him and marner look so dynamic. And at other times, Matthews needs to be away from Mitch and drive his own line. Matthew has looked both good and bad with Nylander and with Marner.

When it isn't working, switch it up

Maple leafs haven’t won a playoff series in how long?

You think teams getting all the way to the cup don't have a few bounces along the way? Come on

No one is saying you need 16 games of bounces to win. But tonight's game could have gone either way. That second goal was shit and lucky for Tampa

Everyone is bitter and this wasn't even close to our worse game this series. Tampa looks very beatable and we have another chance at it Saturday

Leafs 0-11 in their last 11 games where they can clinch a serie. Wow.
with such a lop sided statistic, at what point do we start to become suspicious
If the Leafs could have stopped TB's 4th line from looking like all-stars, the series is over.

But they have two more tries. It sucks, but it's not over.

Go Leafs Go!
you're not going to like what's coming......

I wish this roller coaster to end. This is gonna take my life at this rate.

It's just crazy to think how happy we'll be if they just win a round but that just may not ever happen lol

I still think we win it in 6, but if it goes to 7 that will be tough to even watch.

What worries me is if the leafs start letting this lose get to there head. The team can’t be thinking “oh here we go again”

TBH I completely lost the ability to watch another game this series. It's so frustrating I might end up with paralysis, lol. Such humiliation, 0 commitment, 0 intensity, all p***yes, f***ing best team on paper in the history of the franchise and the worst results in the history of the playoffs.

These guys are hands down a joke. Its gonna take 11 more RORs to take this team anywhere. Just f***ing trade them all and start drafting.

I don't want to be too pessimistic but the Leafs have been outplayed soundly in this series.. the only reason it isn't over already is the hockey gods gifted us two wins.
This is the #1 fact that most Leaf fans are missing. Tampa has controlled 80% of this series. The Leafs got 2 miracle comebacks, and that's all. They want to keep relying on these comebacks but their luck has run dry. Aiside from those quick comebacks the Leafs have been outplayed decisively. Tampa has been the superior team and they know they're going to win this in 7.

Leafs had their chance tonight to prove it. To go for it. To win it. This was their one chance. So they are supposed to come out flying. As usual, they proved that they don't have that extra gear, that they really don't have that desire. Because if they did they would have come out hard and shown that they are here to win. But as usual they didn't show any of that, all they did was wilt. Again. They don't have 2 more chances. Tonight was their one chance to prove it. And they didn't. Tonight was the series.

Saturday Tampa will pound them.

Then Monday the Lightning will win a tight one.

This is the way it's always gone, and this is the way it'll go again.

By Tuesday they'll be 0-13 in clinching games. Impossible. Flip a coin 13 times and it will never ever be heads 13 times. So how are they about to legitimately go 0-13 in clinching games?

They have this in 6. We haven’t see them play connected since game 2 and during brief comebacks. They need to come out aggressive and double down on their elite offense.

Tampas D can’t handle the leafs when they’re on the attack. .
