If you are splurging at $300, I think the mezzanine club is likely a much better choice than the lower level. Likely a better view and access to the warmth.
New pedestrian bridge to connect Newark Penn Station to Prudential Center
Officials broke ground Tuesday on a new pedestrian bridge that will make traveling in Downtown Newark easier and safer.abc7ny.com
We got a really nice box year with the lanyards and all of that stuff so I'm guessing you just got this sent separately. I haven't received anything yet so that's also why I'm thinking that.
Honestly in terms of printed tickets I use to be all about it but as every year passes and I have more and more Devils and Red Bulls stuff and for the amount of other live events I see I've been fine with going more digital. It's nice to not worry about the cluster of having all this stuff that I really don't need. Plus, save the trees and all that stuff lol
This is just a side note off this post but I really wish we would just get rid of the 3 black seat club sections that you see on the camera, always way too many people missing from those seats and it looks terrible on TV.
It won't happen but they should just take the hard cam side 3 sections and make those the only club seats with the all you can eat food and be done with it. It would also be less confusing for people buying tickets for a game here and there vs the setup they have currently.
"In place of your traditional welcome kit box, we’re pleased to provide all Black and Red Members with an exclusive Black and Red Member wool banner by Oxford Pennant, a leading supplier of high quality American-made keepsakes."
I didn't get a box, and just saw an email today that it sounds like they're not doing it this year...
Apparently, we have to go pickup the special gift at the usual locations when the season starts, according to the announcement.
No lanyard, no little tag, no box...... Yeah its maybe seems a bit trivial to be mad, but given they did so well last season, made a bunch of $$$ on playoff games, they can't put up a little extra for the members and send out the usual stuff? Personally, tons of fans shelled out last season, I think I went to like almost 30 regular season games last season (plus the home playoffs)... most i've been to in the seasons I've been a member (last 4 seasons).
That box they gave last season was special and nice for 40 years, so having no welcome box "up front" this year is a bit sad choice IMO, and contrasts not so well...
Also somehow the NJD + Pru app is supposed to show your membership info but i can't find it anywhere in the profile section like they said, don't know the app is bad, or not linked right to my account, or the app has false description of its features.
Ah well......... I'm beginning to get into old man rant territory @ 41.
I saw the email too, I'm with you, unfortunately this seems to be the trend more and more with teams. I have Red Bulls season tickets and they stopped sending boxes a few years ago. It's the same as this with having to pick up stuff.
I wouldn't mind picking up the box if they didn't want to ship everything but yeah, it is what it is unfortunately.
Dropping another link in here about the pedestrian bridge because it includes a slideshow with a bunch of pics (including a few below).

Also a bunch of arena updates (most notably the addition of WiFi) in the link in the STH email yesterday. I copied and pasted the below and take no responsibility for bad puns.
Arena ImPRUvements
We’ve been working tirelessly this offseason to continue to improve the fan experience at Prudential Center. Learn below about upcoming enhancements on tap and further details and updates will be provided as we approach the home opener!
Food and Beverage
Levy has been recently announced to take over as the official concessionaire of Prudential Center and New Jersey Devils
Levy will spearhead a collaboration to create an elevated food and beverage experience that is grounded in New Jersey, with a unique identity, local operating team, and roster of restaurateurs, products, and purveyors with roots in the Garden State. Levy will oversee food and beverage operations across concessions, clubs, suites, and catering for events hosted at Prudential Center, providing private label and local food offerings. In addition to new and improved food menu offerings, there will be updated concession stands that will include updated technology to ease the purchasing experience.
New Spaces
Fans will also experience upgrades to multiple entertaining spaces throughout the arena.
The Foundry Bar
The Foundry Bar is a new East Concourse bar that will serve as a social gathering area, reflecting the atmospheres of a beer garden and pub.
Prudential Lounge
Fans will also experience upgrades to multiple entertaining spaces throughout the arena. The new Prudential Lounge will serve as an elevated, flexible hospitality space located adjacent to Mulberry Street that visually ties in the surrounding city and arena, with access provided to assigned premium ticket members. The space will feature design elements inspired by the Red Oak tree, the official tree of the state of New Jersey.
Fanatics Team Store
In addition to the Devils Den team store, an additional Fanatics Team Store will be upgraded and relocated to the Main Concourse at the top of the M&M's Tower staircase (previously the Prospect Playground).
Upgraded Technology
The arena will also upgrade its technological infrastructure, supported by new 5G internet, in partnership with Verizon, and the installation of Lightpath’s all-fiber products and services. Besides network and the installation of wi-fi, Verizon will also implement, with Levy, cashless and touchless purchasing processes for ease of sale. These changes will take effect in the early stages of the 2023-24 season.
Yeah it's lame, I get they also have the eight (I think) games it is where you can just trade in for credit that I presume won't count towards this ten. I generally use at least two of the buyback credits on preseason games so basically it's good for six regular season games. I should be able to go to my usual 29-30 games this year assuming no car issues like last year or no sicknesses but even with increased demand it's not like these games are gonna mostly sell above face value.Never seen them actively promote anything like this before but in the email they just sent out it says
"Resell up to 10 games"
So all of a sudden we are good again and you can't sell more than 10 games?
It won't affect me cause I don't miss that many but I think it's quite ridiculous. Even with the team playing well they really should be more specific about it. The vast majority of games I do sell are almost always for face value. Games being sold for face value shouldn't count against this number.

Heck face value is so high even for season tickets that basically anything aside from a Ranger game, the home opener or maybe a couple of promos/special nights like the first post-Christmas game will be comfortably at or below face value. Especially if the team has another year where they're in the playoffs by January. If you're going to crack down on sth's selling tickets then don't sell to brokers either.
I have sold 15+ games every single year through ticketmaster since 2016 and never got in trouble
I have to admit, I never pay attention to any of this stuff haha so couldn’t tell yaDo you remember them ever promoting a limit like this before though?
Exactly, I can even understand if someone's selling literally every game but shit happens in people's lives and some years can have more conflicts than others.
I'm sure if they really busted someone's chops over this you could show them that you sold them for face value or less and not have any issues.
It's also annoying that when you sell through ticket exchange you have to list them even higher than face value just to make your money back since they take fees from you. There really should be an option for season ticket holders to be able to sell for actual face value and get the full value back.
Can also just avoid this by not using Ticketmaster since stubhub or Facebook or whatever would just be a transfer but that shouldn't be the point and restrictions on tickets always annoys the shit out of me.
Never participates in the Devils Rewards program as a seasin ticket holder. Signed up this year. Is it worth it?
It’s worth it if you put in the work to get points. Checking in daily and checking in to every game, home and away, is a must. Play along with the trivia during home games to get extra points too. I believe points expire a year after they’re accrued so make sure you use them.Never participates in the Devils Rewards program as a seasin ticket holder. Signed up this year. Is it worth it?
Agreed with the bold. Last year, you could get seats in the 100s for an absurdly low # of points. Got club seats and restaurant seats to a couple of games, as well. When I got the extras, I could sell my regular seats, given them to friends, or swap into another game where I could take friends. It’s worth it if you put in the work to get points. We have no idea what things will be priced like for this season but I’ve been able to get free club seats to a few games each season and I still have over 45K points banked. I’m hoping to get a suite for a particular game this season, which was 20K last year. The points are also great for getting additional seats to games as the values are fairly low in the 100 and 200 level seats. I find the values for Fanatics merch and autographed stuff to be fairly high, so for me it’s all about redeeming for game tickets.
