I haven't been to Prudential Center since 2019, but I'm aiming to be there for the first two games in October. Looks like they added some new restaurants at Gateway. Was interested in Mokbar, although it seems like it's been a perpetually "coming soon."

Hi all, been a while since I've posted here. Does anyone have the info for exactly what rows/sections are club/all you can eat for this upcoming season? I know the center section on each side definitely has it but I'm looking for exactly what rows and sections elsewhere for a friend. Thanks everyone!

Unless something has changed for this season, I got this from the first post in this thread:

Club seat access:
Section 7 & 9 (Rows GL1 to 5): The newly designed private clubs invite guests to experience a lively atmosphere with the best sight lines. You’ll receive luxury seating, access to the newly renovated clubs and an all-inclusive gourmet buffet. Rows 6 and above: No club access.

Section 18 & 20 (Rows GL1 to 8): The newly designed private clubs invite guests to experience a lively atmosphere with the best sight lines. You’ll receive luxury seating, access to the newly renovated clubs and an all-inclusive gourmet buffet. Rows 9 and above: No club access

Section 8 & 19 (all rows) The newly designed private clubs invite guests to experience a lively atmosphere with the best sight lines. You’ll receive luxury seating, access to the newly renovated clubs and an all-inclusive gourmet buffet.

So my box from the Devils arrived today. See below. And as expected, the tickets are the sh**ty arena box office type. I guess they are hoping that I hate the tickets so much I’ll stop requesting them as part of my renewal

I’m hoping this isn’t all that I’m getting for the season. They used to send the tickets with the nice boxes all ticket members received to start the season, with the lanyards, pin, arena info, etc. If they aren’t doing those boxes anymore, likely as an effort to save money, that’s a HUGE miss imo. Getting your season tickets in a nice box with some extra goodies is a big part of the experience. It helps you feel special for the major money and time investment you’re making in the team. Given the number of new accounts added now that the team is good, they’re blowing a great opportunity to delight their most loyal customers. If they do some type of “digital experience” instead of the boxes, that’s just so underwhelming and out of touch.

I’m a huge fan of the Harris/Blitzer ownership, but I miss the days of JVB when renewal prizes were awesome and season tickets looked incredible… I’m grateful that new ownership is investing in the on-ice product and enhancing the arena with the scoreboard and new food vendor, plus they saved us from financial ruin, but also frustrated by some of the areas where they cut costs and are cheap.

Not getting printed playoff tickets, even crappy box office ones, really pissed me off last season. Especially when my rep said "We didn't have time to print them." You mean to tell me that from 1988 to 2012 they were able to print tickets for every season ticket holder, but in today's modern era we've lost the time/ability to do it? Especially when playoff tickets always just say "Round 1, Home Game 1." The digital tickets said that anyway. You don't NEED to, and can't, print paper tickets with actual playoff game dates and times. Clearly it was just a lie to save the cost of printing them, even though I would pay for it if given the option.

suck it up grandpa. Printed tickets are for senile old coots. It's the 21st century. Get with the program and get some depends. Old people like you just bring young people like me down.

Yeah ... that old guy probably still has actual photo albums with pictures on real photo paper.

May even still have a fax machine.

And still has cable tv.

But enough about me ...

Thanks, wasn’t sure if anything had changed. Didn’t the first 2 or 3 rows around the entire rink also have it or is that no longer the case?

We got a really nice box year with the lanyards and all of that stuff so I'm guessing you just got this sent separately. I haven't received anything yet so that's also why I'm thinking that.

Honestly in terms of printed tickets I use to be all about it but as every year passes and I have more and more Devils and Red Bulls stuff and for the amount of other live events I see I've been fine with going more digital. It's nice to not worry about the cluster of having all this stuff that I really don't need. Plus, save the trees and all that stuff lol

This is just a side note off this post but I really wish we would just get rid of the 3 black seat club sections that you see on the camera, always way too many people missing from those seats and it looks terrible on TV.

It won't happen but they should just take the hard cam side 3 sections and make those the only club seats with the all you can eat food and be done with it. It would also be less confusing for people buying tickets for a game here and there vs the setup they have currently.

Oh good point. Yes, I believe it's the first 2 rows in any section of the lower bowl.
Only row one in non club sections last season included access, row two did not.

However, someone mentioned here earlier in the year they were re-doing club access rules for lower rows around the arena this season. I’m not sure if that is still true but if so, those rules have not gotten out yet. If someone knows them with 100% accuracy please post :)

I love the convenience of digital tickets but, a commeretive souvenir ticket to some games would be a pretty cool perk. I got that from the Daytona 500 a couple years ago. The outdoor game for example or a milestone/number retirement etc. Anyway I miss those sharp scarfs they gave me as a full STH.

My favorite system was what the Red Bulls had a bunch of years ago, it was a card the size of a credit card and they had scanners you could scan yourself, so you just put the card under it, light turns green and you go in.

Was so much easier especially when you have multiple people with you. I keep telling them in their surveys to bring it back. Plus if you want to save money they can just reuse the cards every year since the tickets can be loaded on to it.

I really thought that was the best of both worlds since it was cheaper than printing fancy tickets and it didn't slow down the entrances like the cell phones do.

ABSOLUTE BS WHAT THE TEAM IS DOING FOR THE OUTDOOR GAME CREDITS. They’re giving us crumbs for losing a home game and I’m sure the game will be priced to the moon. Not a happy ticket holder.

I imagine they don't have the rights to sell tickets to the game.. the NHL probably buys out the home team game and sells tickets themselves for these. Hopefully we do see some STH discount though.

I agree on the credit they're issuing being obscenely low. This game would have been a B scale so it's almost half the $ for me.. have to go thru and see if the total cost otherwise adds up or they just hoped noone would notice the difference.

Pretty sure it all still adds up (by setting some other games arbitrarily high, imo). But yeah, they definitely set the "price" so as to minimize the credit. They "valued" it at slightly higher than a pre-season game and at less than 50% of any other Saturday game (70%) in at least one case.

They also put the pre-season games in their own tier ... probably because (in prior years) a ton of sths were swapping out for a regular season game in the same (lowest) tier

I wish they would just give us an option to buy a similar seat at MetLife without having to deal with Ticketmaster. Just give me an option and a price and to buy it or not.

Yes I had section 21 row 2 which was probably one of the best price breaks in the whole arena. Then they changed it to the first two rows of the entire arena come with access to the Prudential Lounge. My seats were around 10,000 last year and when i got the renewal it was for 24,000. At first I was upset but I ended up getting Section 20 Row 9 on the aisle so I'm the first row that isn't a club seat and I'm on the aisle next to section 19. It ended up working out for the better. I like these seats a lot more. Row 2 was cool being so close but the view from my new seats are way better.

The pricing doesn't make sense and a lot of games. They have games priced way high that should be lower (arizona) and games that are very low that should be higher (Panthers). The two ranger games are ridiculous they make up 12 percent of my whole season.

I got the 19th at 11am. Really wish they just tried to give us similar seats and gave us a price vs dealing with Ticketmaster. I'm expecting it to be expensive but maybe since it's against the Flyers it won't be as bad as it would be against the Rangers.

I remember the Yankee Stadium game costing a decent amount. I really think I'll probably just grab whatever the cheapest tickets are unless I can grab front row of middle or upper deck.

If anyone can report back prices that would be great.

Or if someone wants to buy 2 more for my son and I let me know. We can talk about price and location.

Interesting that Stubhub has 1-2 listings in almost every section of the stadium (100 and 300 levels). This has to be the league testing the market in advance of next week's presale? Any other possibilities?
