Damn they got that low? Ticketmaster or another 2nd hand site?

I'm going to see if I can get bargain shopping for Tuesday and go again.

At 1:30 Ticketmaster got flooded with a bunch of tickets in the $50s randomly. Right before that they were still around $100 a piece.

I snagged the first one ASAP as soon as I saw the price. I didn't even check where the seat was until I got to the arena lmao

Guess I'm hitting refresh all day on Tuesday. They are decently cheap right now, but patience might be worth it

There'll probably be a little more excitement around a 2-1 game than a 2-0 game, especially now that the team scored a TD and a two-pointer, but it is a weekday night Game 4 too.

Standard tickets upstairs starting at $119 compared to the $200 plus during the pre-sale for this round.

Think the team is realizing they overshot and don't have a second fanbase to keep the gassed up prices going anymore.

Yeah there were still a lot of empty seats tonight upstairs. Rows in the 200s empty. Not surprising with how expensive they were. The seat I got ended up being a standard ticket, not re-sale, so the team drastically reduced the price. I wouldn't be surprised if they do the same thing a bit earlier to get them all filled in.

The 200s looked pretty full from where I was sitting.

The suites were completely empty though.

Yeah I feel the suites are usually empty. The two dudes next to me today actually left my section after the first and snuck into a completely empty suite lmao

There were a few upper rows in the 200s that still had towels on them in the 3rd and some lower sections that had a lot of empty seats. That's what happens when you price a lot of people out and the opposing team doesn't travel particularly well.

My friends just bailed on me for Tuesday so I'll probably be goin solo again

There are a couple rows in the defend twice zone about 5-9 rows off the ice (on the Devils bench side) that were completely empty. I noticed that those two/three rows were literally all Rangers fans for every single round 1 game, and then they were completely empty tonight.

It’s either (a) the team holds them back from season ticket holders or (b) they’re terribly priced, because I have no idea how entire rows just off the ice are completely unsold or 100% visiting fans game after game.

Those looked like they filled in on tv by the second period. They were super noticeable during the broadcast in the 1st period.

How come they never ask me?!?
In fairness, I had to fill in the owner’s seats on the glass for a period, so I doubt they do that for standard lower level seats during the regular season. It’s probably a special occasion thing (like a playoff game on national tv).

I grabbed a pair of deeply discounted loft table seats 3 hours and change before the game on Sunday off TM of all places (I default to SeatGeek now as it's consistently better priced than StubHub). Usually a bit of luck with timing to find someone (or the team) who is doing a ticket dump.

Never mind. Got one. I am bloody and bruised from a really nasty fall while running yesterday but I'm going to limp there
I'm still holding out hope for a drop lol

Edit: Just missed a $50 seat because I entered the wrong credit card security code lmao

I bought a resale ticket for Saturday from Ticketbastard. So if no game 6 does this become a Ticketbastard credit?
