Grammy museum closing, just got an email about it, can't say I'm surprised cause I never saw anyone actually in there...

After five tremendous years, the GRAMMY Museum Foundation will be closing the doors of the GRAMMY Museum Experience Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

GRAMMY Museum Experience Prudential Center extends its deepest gratitude to the loyal visitors, community partners, students, and dedicated team members who have been an integral part of the journey. Your unwavering support and passion for the music and entertainment has been truly inspiring, and the museum is forever grateful for the countless memories it has shared together over the past five years.

Prudential Center and its dedicated partners will continue to deliver its existing world-class music education programming, for Newark and its surrounding communities under a new program, Record High.

Not surprised - like anyone has said. I really hope they turn that space into something interesting around restaurant/bar kind of a thing pre-game kind of a thing.

Planning on a 12 game weekend plan lower bowl. I really think we can have 41 sellouts this season if the Devils can maintain last seasons level. Got a Monday game vs Florida. That will be the big test.

I'll take the under but if they can maintain last seasons level we'll definitely have good crowds all season long. Those weekday games in February vs Calgary and Los Angeles and Colorado and in March vs St. Louis and Winnipeg won't sell out unless they lie about the numbers lol

That’s exactly what most teams with long sellout streaks do! I went to a Caps game in November that they called a sellout. Tons of box office blue seats available on Ticketmaster two hours or so before the game. I bought resale tickets well under face. The game was called a sellout with at least 2 thousand ghosts in attendance.

Thought it would be interesting to post this here. Got 3 tickets for the weekend plan. Was expecting to pick my first preference (lower level attack twice, area of section 1-4). Yesterday was my turn to pick, and the availability was near to nothing (ended up picking balcony seats). Of course they are holding back seats for single game tickets, but it looks like season tickets and partial plans really have sold well this summer.

I'm sure they definitely increased their season ticket sales a bunch but I think they also still hold over a lot of seats for potential full season ticket holders since there's still a lot of time before the season starts.

Like I'm sure if you inquired about full seasons the availability would definitely be a lot more than what's available to you.

Either way it's great, I love a packed arena, the atmosphere is so much better when it packed and its also easier when I can't go to sell some tickets for face value or shockingly even a few bucks more.

I have a UPS delivery coming today that says it's from the Devils. I'll report back once it arrives. I always get paper tickets as part of my rewards, though sadly they have been crappy black and white box office tickets the past 2 years so I'm not expecting anything amazing...
