One thing's for certain, it will be very interesting tomorrow night around 10:00 depending on how the games turn out. If those blue dots remain unsold and we end up playing Florida, I can't wait to see what the prices turn out to be. Then you'll see the fury from everyone that already paid $250 with fees to sit in 215 when they drop to $75.

The large majority of available seats are red dots (resale). A whole lot of sths looking to score big on a Rangers matchup. If it's the Panthers, they will either remove the listing (and go themselves) or drop price by 50-70% (close to what they paid).

Will be interesting to see (if it is the Rangers) whether they move quickly (largely to Rangers fans) or the supply far exceeds the demand at those prices, even among Rangers fans.

Ticket prices for POs have come down today a bit, at least on tickpick. Still ~$200 ish. Could be the bottom if we end up playing Rags

Yeah, dropped on Stubhub as well into the 180's w/o fees.

Looks like there are still a good amount of tickets available on Ticketmaster. I assume most of them go if the Devils vs. Rangers matchup is confirmed tonight...if not, I'm really curious to see how much they drop by.

My guess is that sths are looking to lock in a large profit now, knowing that the value might drop in half if it's the Panthers, and are willing to give up an even-larger profit. I would suspect prices will bump up at least to yesterday's levels if it's the Rangers ... maybe even higher, at least for the first 24 hours, since people have until (at least) Monday to unload their extras.

Very sensible analysis by you as usual, 100% agree.

Being at the Rock will like being in a hotel or on a flight. Don't ask the person next to you. You always have lucky bastards who got free tickets from a corporate account. Mostly the folks in the good seats.

Aren't you going back to Finland soon? As a newly minted US resident how are you going to fit all the guns, bourbon, belt buckles, fatty processed foods, and garish clothing into your luggage?
I think Finland is like the "red state" of all of Scandinavia? At least from what pics my buddy from Finland sends to me!

You are going to confuse a lot of your countrymen when you get off the plane wearing that while still eating fish paste and reading a rally racing magazine.

First time to the Rock will be Monday or Tuesday. One and only chance-- I live in the Midwest. Havent been to a playoff game since the Penguins series in-- what was it? '92?

Anyway-- Im thinking Im going to do loft seating. Good idea? Im not concerned about the $ in this case, instead I'd like to know if it's a drag vs lower bowl seats.

Never been but they look nice plus you probs reduce the risk of missing play waiting to go for a piss or getting a drink. If $$$ aint an issue, id go for it.

The 100s are perfectly good seats. You won't miss anything, especially with our giant ass video board. Even the 200s are more then fine though sound travels a little weird up there.

I prefer 100s if you wanna see hockey. Great visibility on the play and ice. In the loft youll get a great view. I personally got my tickets to 100s on purpose.

Even 200s is fine at the Rock, unlike MSG where the worst nosebleeds are just a ripoff

The Lofts are nice, like a budget suite. You get a buffet of regular stadium food like fries and chicken fingers and a good view of the ice from behind the net. I think you also get access to a bathroom just for the lofts.

The 100’s on the sides get a similar view and if you don’t care about the food or bathroom then those are a less pricey but comparable view option.

Holy Sh-t. So yesterday, I took a screen print from ticketmaster of some seats and their prices that are first issued Devils seats, not STH resales, curious to see what the prices would be today based on whatever the result would be. Well, you should see what the prices are now:

Section 6: Yesterday - $425, Today - $705
Section 1: Yesterday - $470, Today - $605
Section 9: Yesterday - $525, Today - $805
Section 19: Yesterday - $625, Today - $905

Again, these are not the STH resale tickets. This is the Devils initial pricing and the pricing now.

But yeah, there were no strips available for partial plan holders. Phuckers.
