I know I posted about this yesterday but just got an email about it too.

I understood why they did this the past 2 seasons but this seems a bit much now. Donations absolutely have to be down because while I always donate coats I don't like giving money when I have no idea where it's going. I really hope they don't do the same thing with food drive.

I don't care at all about the vouchers, I absolutely don't need extra Devils tickets. All the ones I got I would sell, buy a ton of canned food with the money, get vouchers for that, sell those games and then buy a ton of toys for toats stuff for that.

Just doesn't make sense at this stage of this whole covid mess to not be collecting this stuff.

One of the STH perks for this season was a complimentary seat upgrade for a game... well it was very nice (sarcasm) of my ticket rep to email me today that he dropped my upgrade into my account for the game tonight that I can't even attend. I have to say it's not at all a benefit if you give me a ticket to a game without much notice and pick a game where most of the arena is empty for anyway... Thanks?

I just got an email about my "upgrade" it's for a game next year. It's in the lower bowl but it's not in the clubs and I have no interest in sitting in these seats and I would absolutely say they offer a worse view of the game than my seats.

My original tickets for that game are still in my account though so at least they just didn't remove them and give me these.

i totally agree with you just another way to get money instead of something physical. they will give the person in need a virtual coat.

Not sure if this is allowed, but I got a surplus of items that fell of a truck.

I have 2 tickets for tomorrow's 1PM start.
Section 110, Row 2, aisle seats.
$120 (What I paid for them) for both OBO

Ticketexchange has the same seats for $35/each. I think you need to temper your expectations for your return on early season Devils tickets.

My rep said the high volume was their #1 complaint on opening night and they were going to raise it to the VP of Operations, which they apparently did. So we were heard. Hopefully it will stay at that level, but if not, we know there is power in numbers.

Just shows how over the top loud it actually was that so many people complained about it. Truly never experienced anything like that at any game before anywhere lol

I figured with the win streak, the season being new, it being a Friday, and it being the reigning champs they'd be at least a little tougher to get.

Maybe people are waiting for the Yankees to be officially eliminated cause the world series starts Friday

Not sure how many people on here play that quiz game in the rewards app during games, but look at the bottom option for one of the questions today:

Missed this yesterday, wild it's been 15 years already. 10 more and we'll have played the same amount of time in Newark as the Meadowlands...

while granted i dont get to many other arenas the question is has it aged well? I went in preseason and noticed the team store by the book is closed and the same by the customer relation desk? what gives? also i always thought the prefab store on the main concourse looked stupid.

anyone been to another arena what would you want that they never added here?

There's a lot of wasted space, the white walls bother me, and they should reopen the balconies with a strict no smoking policy.

I was at the Sharks game and it was a beautiful fall afternoon. It would have been nice to step outside for a few.

That whole area by the escalators downstairs and even a bit upstairs is a wasted opportunity imo.

The food options have been mentioned 100 times here and I'm happy to belabor the point.

However, I do really like what they've done with the goal bar.

Anyone ever use the machines to put cash on a card at the Prudential Center? I know the arena is cashless but they have what's basically a reverse ATM thing where they'll put your cash onto a card. My question is what if you don't spend the entirety of it, how do you get the cash off?

I couldn't find the one outside of section 1 last week. Please report back to let me know what an idiot I was.

Meanwhile, I think it should be illegal for places to not accept cash.

So do I. You can't take my cash for illogical health reasons but I can touch everything you hand me and then put said things into my mouth.

This was coming either way, covid just sped it up for everyone. In 2019 Red Bull Arena had only select stands that accepted cash and then were gonna eliminate cash entirely.

They don't want workers handling cash so they don't have to worry about people stealing and it should technically speed up lines without needing to count cash out.

I get why people don't like it but it's like mobile tickets, something a lot of people didn't like too, including myself cause it was fun getting the nice souvenir tickets with my season tickets but it's something that's here to stay. I don't mind it as much cause I would charge anyway to get more points on my credit card.
