I don’t flash women so I wouldn’t know
Doing what he did was not a good look ( I would ask him how he would feel if it happened to his mom or sisters) but not informing Dubas what had transpired with police etc was pretty sketchy as well.

Does it really matter?

Who tf cares anyway about who dropped their pants (I know you didn't start this derailment so not referring to you).
No, it doesn't really matter, but if someone is going to derail a thread, they should least be accurate.

In general, the argument that we should have traded Matthews instead of Kadri is just so asinine.

Didnt they also get into the backseat of her car? which would scare the crap out of anybody and in particular a woman who was alone. Not good.
No, they didn't get in, but I agree. That is exactly why I said him showing his boxers wasn't the worst thing him and his friends did, but that guy remains fixated on it.

He mooned her with his boxers on. If you or I did that it wouldn't even have been reported. It also wasn't even the worst thing Matthews and/or his friends did that night, so I don't know why you keep bringing it up.

Believe you had that wrong. He tried to expose his private parts to her. The fact that he has no cajones to be seen was confirmed during the playoffs.

Do you have a point related to this thread?
I certainly do. There is a two tiered disciplinary procedure with management and Kadri didnt have to pay anyone off to make it disappear. Poor management and really greasy actually. Another point is it was a rotten trade in more ways than one. Point is Kerfoot and Kampf are now making $500,000 more than Kadri to do a job zkadri does better. Neither will help the powerplay. Etc.
Dubas is a failure is the point. Hope that’s clearer for you now

Regular season success, is qualifying for the playoffs.

At this point, it shouldn't even be a question for this group. This group should be expected to be a playoff team.

Winning rounds, is the measurement of success. Winning two rounds of playoffs, is the minimum acceptable result for this team, for this year. If they cannot, changes will be needed, whether that's roster, coaching or management, is TBD.
Yeah, for the most part though there are some who believe that we don't have to do well in the regular season and that we will magically make the playoffs.

Yes, that is what makes regular season success so important- there is no other way to get an invite to the Stanley Cup tournament. That is why I wrote the second sentence - we also need success in the playoffs.

How can anyone actually answer no at this point, the whole organization has failed. If I told you when Dubas was hired we wouldn’t have won a round yet, people would have said that it’s an unreal failure, not today it’s a divided board, Again, it’s yes across the board, no means moving the goal posts and/or bizarre man crush. No lol. This place….

There were a few of us that said, after his hire, Dubas was gonna rank high on the list of terrible Leaf GMs and there have been quite a few. I feel vindicated and many on this board have now joined that small group. What amazes me is that there are still a few who defend this guy. I have every confidence that they'll join us on the dark side before the end of the season. To say that the Leafs are a great regular season team team based on what they did last year is beyond ridiculous. Remember, the year before, under Dubas tutelage, they didn't even make the playoffs. And that's my prediction for this year.

People are still going on about Kadri? The guy cost us 2 playoffs and cost Colorado the playoffs. The Avs are apparently done with him. We can have a heart and soul type player that isn't completely brain dead ffs.

If Barrie had the type of point totals last year that he did this year no one would be complaining about the trade.

It’s ridiculous they traded him. I would be more inclined to trade a punk that flashed a woman personally. Seems they have priority issues in Leaf management to me but anyways it seems its the same thing to some people and I’m going to leave it at that.
Kadri was a warrior :). Fully respected him and his teammates loved him too
Yup

Yeah I’m sure Marner and Matthews choking in every elimination game they have played for us with Zero goals had nothing to do with our losses. Three playoffs in a row without Kadri is who’s fault I’m wondering. Blame that on Kadri to what the heck eh

Shanahan will cover his arse and fire Dubas as soon as the heat hits this year in any kind of losing streak. He is as much to blame but will fire Dubas.
He came right out and said he’s not a fan of a big hit. Nobody likes seeing somebody on the ice. That’s why since the beginning of time all fans in the building no matter the team they favour always applauded players going off the ice you brilliant Mr Shinnyhan. Did he think he was telling fans something we don’t know saying crap like that. Did he think he was some kind of running for a noble peace prize or something. Hockey fans like hitting in the game but never like anyone getting injured no matter the team. He’s such a self righteous knob.
If they fired the both of them this evening it wouldn’t be soon enough. I like Keefe. He’s a excellently coach. He’s new but he’s good. He didn’t have anything but cookie cutter soft yellow players. Poor Spezza had to fight 2 playoffs ago because the rest were hanging their heads and quitting and he lost it.
This is the yellowest team i have ever seen. The habs of the mid 70’s were a close second as whining yellow little pieces of crap ha. He’s a dead man walking as G.M
