End of 1, 3-2 Pack....

So far a wild game offensively. Both teams are buzzing. That Hartford top line is creating a lot of offense, so is Chytil’s line. LoVerde is a very good AHL top defender, he is as advertised. Chytil is looking energized & creating plays everywhere on the ice. Think he’ll get called up with continued progress.

Thought Day looked solid with the puck on his stick. He’s also engaged in the corners which is very encouraging. With that said, his intensity needs to pick up a bit. At times looks uninterested. Thought Meskanen & Geertsen had som big plays physically, too.

Thought Lindgren had a bad period defensively, but took the game on his stick offensively. Keane has looks meh, despite the goal.

On to period 2!!

Well that's not the kind of thing you expect Lindgren to pull off, hahaha

Nieves and someone else definitely just tried that second Zibanejad goal from last night and Nieves passed it into the defenders skates.

And Newell’s blowing and bumbling Chytil set ups left and right out here

Nice to see the arena completely empty. There is not 1,000 people in the stands. If I was betting money, 300-400?

End of 2, still 3-2 Pack....

Very meh period. Nothing terribly noticeable other than the fight. Thought everyone that was mentioned previously are still looking good. Lindgren had a better period than the 1st. Huska made a couple of nice saves. The Jones-Gettinger-Meskanen line showed some nice grit & pressure on the forecheck.

Onto period 3!!

Fogarty with a good chance in tight. And Day’s best offensive skill (and has been since juniors) is how good he is at finding the lane to get his shot through traffic
