Thank God for Kris Knoblauch. Our next long term, head coach. I guarantee teams will be calling the Rangers on him. They should be told NO!

Both Nieves and Gettinger have decent skills. Nieves has proven he can be a 4th line NHL player. Gettinger's like 21 years old. Way too early to give up on him. Neither of them has to score tons of points in Hartford. They need to work on the kind of roles they can fill at the NHL level. Gettinger will help himself using his size more and becoming a penalty killing specialist. I'm not looking for 20 goals from him this year. He needs some numbers but his road to the NHL is as a bottom 6 guy who does grunt work.

After last night's game:

Catching the mid second on here after the giants game. Sleepy game both teams playing their 3rd game in less than 72 hours.

Shesterkin robs a guy point blank after a miserable turnover. He hasn’t been scored on until a long one thru traffic beats him. That’s basically only way u can beat him right now. 1-0 ST

but Fogarty gets it right back from Lettieri and Nieves 1-1

Although tired Chytil continues to drive play and generate chances.

Chytil almost scores a highlight reel goal but Sound Tigers goalie with the sprawling save. Chytil like stopped on a dime spun and fired a diving one timer not even sure how he did that and the keeper somehow kept it out
