There were huge chunks of the game where the D got caved but Shestyorkin was gold.

The goals when the score state were soft, but that was the D, not Shesty.

Might want the 1st one back, but he needs to drill odd man rushes because he rarely saw it at SKA.

In the third period last night he was pulled off the second line to play on the fourth line. He did not have a good game so it is possible that he is a healthy scratch. Same lineup as yesterday except Newell moved up to the second line as he played in the third period and Meskanen replacing Kravtsov on the fourth line and Huska starts in goal.

No matter how bad he sucked in one game, he shouldn't be scratched unless he's hurt or they think he needs a break. Hartford exists to serve the Rangers.

I have a feeling that scratching players like kravtsov would not be done without letting the Rangers brass know beforehand. Just a guess though.

And scratching young players is usually done for a reason and can be a learning experience. It sucks, but it's not a huge deal unless it becomes a trend
