The most important question, who gets the car?
Twice 3-1 Finland - canadaThere was nothing sophisticated about this game.
Just a hard working effort on both sides.
It didn't work.It will make for quite a story.
No way Canada ties this up.
Sure bro, can't wait for your next Heiskanen spelling/hot takes. You got it backwards.
I dont like canada in hockey. I dont mind finland.Sure bro, can't wait for your next Heiskanen spelling/hot takes.
Sadly for you, nothing you say matters to me today. Troll on.
It didn't work.

My anti jinx worked, yours didn't. Well played friend, well playedYou mean I was right?
You were wrong?
Tough to always be right, I feel you.
Feels pretty good to be wrong right now I'll wager.

Well. After cooling off I think the guys had a great tournament. The Finnish team almost seems like destined to win it all in hind sight and, while we had great stretches during the game the pucks just did not go in.
Leijonat did whatever it took to win - Sweden Russia and finally us. Finns can be proud. There would be ifs and buts if the road to the Final had been different, but they went through the toughest teams and Tre Kronor and Russia both were real power houses.

No I just find the pace on the big ice surface is slower and the amount of offence created is that of lower quality chances. Has nothing to do with competitiveness of a game these games will be competitive regardless. A general misconception is that larger ice benefits speed and skill more but that definitely is not the case. I find the transition game and ozone play far more exciting on NHL sized rinks. In a single game elimination tournament anything can happen, and that’s why at the MOST competitive sport on earth, football, we have Brazil with 5 trophies, Germany with 4, Italy at 3, Argentina and a few others at 2
But I must I must disagree with the entertainment value. I wonder if this is because you value Ottawa vs Tampa Bay more, while for us Russia vs Czechia is valued more.. but still, the size does not make it any less boring..
Europeans love a more sophisticated version of sports, a Milan-Juve of 1-0 can be enthralling.. 3-1 is a damn competitive game and good tv.

No one can say they didn't deserve it that's for sure.Looks like Canada used all its puck luck against the Swiss in the QF to stay in the tournament, thus nothing left for the final
Well done Finland! Beaten Russia, Sweden and beaten Canada twice!
