lot of talk Finland defending well but Canada has been pitch perfect aswell

Unfortunately Canada has shown really good composure we haven't managed to frustrate them whatsoever

Almost perfect period by both teams, only goals are missing. Canada with that big pressure, they showed that they are here to play.

Finland, almost perfect defending and keeping Canada out for dangerous scoring positions. First period has been our weakness and now they are awake from the start, perfect start.

Some people tend to forget that it's not Finland vs Pirkkalan Kuviokellujat, it's Canada. They will get chances no matter what or no matter who they are playing against.

Point is to defend so well that they don't get those dangerous scoring chances, and trust that Olkinuora is having a good game.

No we just have to stay out of the box, it's crucial.

Finns looked bit shaky under the pressure at the start, but started playing better after the first 5 minutes.

At this point it's a job requirement to start slow if you play for Finland .

I think its a positive we didn't let in a goal in the first period. 2nd and especially 3rd period are our strenght.

Its been a good game and not surprising its tied. This can end any way.

Very good pace and physicality. It’s been clean but physical hockey, this a Stanley Cup playoff game type intensity.

I’m enjoying this game so far. Not a lot of mistakes out there and ice is tough.

Hockey is meant to be physical and intense when the Championship is on the line. Both teams have came to play.

The funny thing about Finland playing in the final is the number of people who go through the effort of announcing how they are not interested.

Namely, the success of the Finnish hockey-team pisses off endlessly those who think football should be the number 1 sport here too.

As I understand there's none of this kind of ridiculous envy between sports in Sweden or in the Czech Republic.
