Every team has a contingent of fans that do this every single year here at this thing, it's hardly exclusive which I'm sure you are aware of.

It's life here on HF in the international tournaments, same thing with the SC playoffs.

It was penalty, no way it wasn't going to get called, as soon as I saw it i just went........'ah man, Chabot, you just killed us"

He knows better, he messed up, it happens. I'm really glad he comes to play for us year after year though, I will always respect Chabot for that.

It was a penalty. But the replay clearly showed a delayed reaction of the Finnish player clearly diving after he felt the stick. Should have been 2 penalties called there. In International hockey, the reffing is not always just. I am not really for diving and embellishment. rather win 5v5 and let the best team win. But perhaps this is the way to play if you want to give yourself the best chance to win. Just hard to rationalize and condone your team that diving is a honourable way to win.

I think every Finn agrees with me saying that Jukka Jalonen is the best coach they ever had so far. Let's check what he achieved with the NT:

1921 WHC: Silver
1922 Olympics AND WHC: Gold

And I'm not sure but was J. Jalonen not coach 2011 when they won Gold too wasn't he?
