Mike Johnson is a typical Canadian homer. The officiating was brutal but I am not going to cry and complain about it. Congratulations Finland on winning the World hockey gold. in addition to their Olympic gold back in February.

I know there’s some desperation for the 5 on 3 call that put Finland back in the game but the call was fine.

This is just bad take. I would understand this crying if Canada was absolutely dominating the game, but it wasn't the case at all.

Finland had better scoring chances in 2nd and in 3rd it was very even game, then these penalties came. Both teams played well and very entertaining hockey, again it could've gone either way.

Chabot deserved the tripping call, his stick went between the Finn’s legs. But if you think Nylander didn’t deserve his penalty, you are nuts. His foot caught both feet of the Canadian, and took him out. Intentional or not, it was a trip, and definitely not a dive
