But softy of the night was definitely the Tage goal on Samsonov. That was horrible. Looked like one of the goals on Brodeur that season he had no glove hand against the Rangers around Christmas.

And before I saw that I thought maybe it was gonna be the Greenway goal.

Both were really bad.

Softy of the night is this Justin Faulk goal on Arvid Soderblom



Holy shit this was bad. Shades of Claude Lemieux on Ron Hextall. And with about 2 minutes to go in regulation in a tie game that already saw him allow 3 in goals in about 10 minutes before this to blow a 5-2 lead?

Soderblom is one of the worst goalies I’ve seen this year. Not NHL caliber. I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t look good anywhere, other than maybe as the very sheltered backup for one of the very few workhorse goalies in the league.

This was pathetic. Jones showing his low IQ by reaching behind his back as he was already behind the goal line and attempting to make a save on a puck that was already in the net. How the hell does he think he can save that after the puck is clearly already in the net?

He’s always been one of the dumbest goalies. Doesn’t know how to read plays, doesn’t really use his brain at all.
