That is actually how I feel. I haven't been impressed by most goalies this season. That is my standard because that's the standard people refer to him as well but tend to forget he's not the same goalie, when they give the same praises.
 
Yay. If the Kings come back I will be pissed. It's the match-up I want, and if they are angry and embarrassed, all the better.

Great job answering the question on what could've been done different. And just because this isn't 2012 Quick going to will a team into the playoffs doesn't mean he can't be clutch. Every post is typical skater who doesn't want to take the blame for a GA BS or tries to mitigate the blame.

So once again...what does a goalie do different there to bail the team out? Or admit you don't know and just want to complain about Quick?

Make some of those saves instead of letting in virtually ever break down. That is a start.

This is probably a hit and run post, but I'll take the bait.

How are the Kings in a "we are way in first, we don't care" attitude tonight? I get it, they already clinched the playoffs, but they could have potentially gotten a home advantage vs the Sharks by winning tonight, there was nothing on the line for Vegas when they lost to the Kings..they we're like 8 points above 2nd at that point.

Fleury would take Quick in a playoff round at this specific moment in time. You are free to disagree, doesn't bother me.

I think the way he jumped for the rebound on that whiffed shot was too risky And easily exposed himself. Again awful turnover, but he's not doing himself any favors.

At no point am I excusing the defense or the team. My whole deal is that a Vezina caliber goalie should be able to make some big saves.

No way do they scare me like SJ. The Sharks and Ducks are both playoff tested, Vegas has none. That style doesn't works as well in the playoffs. The pressure will be on them for sure to continue their crazy play. Also, not a lot of playoff experience aside from Fluery.

I don't know how damnit, but he has to make saves, I mean cmon he's the GOALTENDER for a reason, right, they named him that because he's supposed to stop the black thingy from going into the big cage with a net at the end, I mean everyone else does it...right?

Get outta here you goof....seriously man, be a fan, that's great, go cheer rah rah siskboombah, all that crap, but when you can actually break down a damn play and assess what actually happened, don't criticize anyone as you can't understand what actually freaking happened..

So your response as to what a goalie could have done on the play is...make some saves. Why have Ranford when we could have such great insight? Like if you think the goalie should do something different, at least give an idea besides "make the save"

SJ is hurt, losing Marleau hurt them more than they admit, Couture and Pavelski simply can't carry a team like Kopitar and Carter....
