This is, far and away, the least talented Canadian team to ever play in this tournament. It's also possibly the worst coached.

Yup I've been vocal about the roster already but the lack of energy and lack of line chemistry is awful coaching. Outside of Mckenna-Catton no 2 players are working well together. Very obvious the Ritchie line needs to be broken up. Pinelli tries but kills everything that line does. Shake it up and put Ritchie on rw with Mckenna-Catton, Yager in between nadeau cowan

I honestly don't get the general plan with Canada. They opt to leave a lot of skill at home, fine, but then the team isn't particularly hard to play against either. They don't forecheck hard and they aren't very gritty, but they are also undisciplined.

At least George is a good goaltender.
