At 51 you should have better judgement. I can't believe Kitna defended himself by saying he thought the images were legal. It's child porn! Where's your values?
Honestly what is the point at age 51 to attack someone. Whatever the issue he had with that person beforehand, he has so much to lose from a confrontation, that it can’t be worth it.

His TV career on NFL network is over.

He’s going to be lucky to avoid jail time.

He wasn't arrested but OBJ was removed from a flight after refusing to fasten his seatbelt.

from cnn.com:

NFL free agent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. was removed from a Los Angeles-bound American Airlines flight Sunday morning at Miami International Airport after refusing to comply with safety protocol, according to a statement from the Miami-Dade Police Department.

In a statement obtained by CNN affiliate WVSN, Miami-Dade police said officers were dispatched when the American Airlines flight crew was concerned for Beckham’s well-being after he would not comply with requests to fasten his seatbelt.
Police released footage of the incident yesterday:

The Ohio AG’s office said the alleged 2019 rape was immediately reported and an investigation by the Guernsey County Sheriff’s office subsequently ensued.

I'm not quite understanding if it was immediately reported how this never was a story until today. That and it took 3 years for something to be done?

Reported story makes no sense....

A 13 year old, not being reported as a neighbor or anything, having a nerf gun fight one someone elses property at night....

were missing a lot of informatoin it seems

Update

A Hamilton County court official tells us she had an arraignment hearing on Friday morning, where she pleaded not guilty to one count of tampering with evidence and one count of obstruction of justice
Prosecutors have accused Shalonda Mixon of attempting to cover up a shooting that happened at Joe Mixon's house in the Cincinnati area on March 6.

According to prosecutors, Shalonda Mixon's boyfriend, Lamonte Brewer, shot at a teenager who was playing with a toy Nerf gun near the football player's backyard -- striking him once in the foot.
Shalonda Mixon then allegedly tried to scoop up the shell casings, before fleeing the scene with Brewer in a car. Prosecutors say she's facing up to four years behind bars if convicted.

Brewer has also been charged in connection with the shooting -- he was indicted for, among other charges, felony assault on Thursday -- and is facing up to 20 years behind bars if convicted.
Joe Mixon, according to prosecutors, did not commit a crime and is not facing charges

Ruggs will plead guilty to DUI charge.

from cbssports.com:

Former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs will plead guilty to a felony charge of DUI resulting in death and a misdemeanor count of vehicular manslaughter, his attorneys said on Tuesday, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Ruggs was accused of driving up to 156 miles per hour down residential streets, with a blood-alcohol content of 0.16 percent, at the time of a crash that resulted in the deaths of a 23-year-old woman, Tina Tintor, and her dog in November 2021. He was initially charged with DUI, reckless driving, and possession of a firearm while under the influence, and was released by the Raiders in the immediate wake of the charges.

According to Ruggs' attorneys, Ruggs has not yet formally entered his guilty pleas, but will do so in 8th Judicial District Court after they waived his right to a preliminary hearing. "This is the first step toward a fair resolution to this matter and we look forward to closure for all the parties involved," attorneys David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld said in a statement released following Tuesday's hearing, per the Review-Journal.

According to both Ruggs' defense attorneys and the prosecutors involved in the case, the parties agreed on a sentence of three to 10 years in a Nevada prison for Ruggs, though that is conditional on the judge accepting the terms of the agreement.

Ruggs, 24, is set to appear in front of the judge on May 10.
