caution to my fellow Canadians - last year....we all know MAF did NOT look good for the entire tournament. Perhaps, if DUH-roser had sat MAF on the bench for a time, the ending would have been re-written.

I ain't gonna 'dis the US until Canada actually has the gold medal around the sweaty necks of all 22 of our boys.....[then, of course....i'll be unstoppable]
 
I love this tourney .... It brings out the best U20 players in the world .. and you love to strong play from the Goalie on out .. :D
 
You gotta think that Canada is just licking their chops watching this display of poor defense/goaltending by the Americans. Just a terrible effort.

Don't worry about it,you've got enough problems of your own right now........forget about Canada...they will play their games and you will play your's. Right now your focus should be on this squad.....there are serious problems.

I agree he's damn good, but if you don't rain a little bit on the parade, in a few minutes some idiot will post a thread saying that Kostistsyn is going straight to the Hall of Fame. And that would piss me off. :lol

you = sad that your team sucks at defense
we = confident that our team has a good chance to win, against good teams like the czechs and the fins.
 
The US has the worst defense I've seen in the tournament. They're less physical than the Swiss, and they have worse positioning.

This is a coaching problem. I think the US was depending way too much on home-ice advantage coming into this tournament.
