If you're referring to my comments, well, it should be noted that I am a die-hard Hab fan but I don't like to see my fellow Habs fan going crazy for nothing and then make all of us looks like idiots on the whole board.
 
Wow what's with everyone hating Montoya and Schneider? From what I see the defense is the problem. The only guy I can even see trying is Kessel. :shakehead
 
You guys are having alot of fun at the Americans.That loss last year must still sting.The coach is a moron.He decides to bench the goaltender who led his team to the gold medal last year and who was 6-0 in the WJC tournament.Montoya was not on his game the first two games but Sandelin created this by starting Schneider instead of saying Montoya is the guy,case closed.

They(We) deserve to lose
 
I think it's time we strap Goldberg to the posts. I've only seen the first period, but neither of the goals were that imposing. Bad defense, sure, but it was also bad goaltending. I can't wait till ESPN 2 shows the second...
 
My God, Sandelin has to read these guys the riot act...i mean throw some chairs and everything................from the drop of the puck they have had no fire in their belly at all.Lazy half hearted skating.........even if they come back they have already lost the game in so many ways.There is nothing else to be done at this point but to go out and take the body and COMPETE......even if you lose you have to do something to resalvage the teams psyche.....it's all about salvaging pride now. If they can do that they can get ready for tommorows game with the Czechs who are going to be smelling blood like sharks now.

I think his point was that Kostitsyn has been playing great this game. it isn't just his points but he is playing physical and knocking the americans off the puck and is just a force out there. Goalie play aside, Andrei has looked great

And I am not a fan of anyone involved. Oilers only baby!

What's for sure is that they should of kept Schneider in goal because the game already went to the crapper with the goal differentials and they should of rested Montoya for winning that one and only game against the Czechs.

that's what i thought - the US/czech game will determine our fate. it's clear that the US took belarus way too lightly, and belarus came out as if this was the biggest game in the country's history. i still think the US will make them sweat in the 3rd...

We get it, Kostitsyn is good, but stop rubbing it in. I'm sure it's already hard enough for the american fans seeing this performance. It would be pissing you off probably if this was happening to Canada.
 
Belarus has lost it.. the Americans smell blood.. Montoya just needs to stop everything he sees and the US will come back

Its going to take a Richteresque 3rd period performance for Belarus to win this.
 
I hope Belarus hangs on for the win here. Gotta love the under dogs. At least things are happy in HAB land there boy Kostitsyn is having a good game. :)
