I want to see a partner for Pietrangelo brought in (and hopefully DeKeyser as well) but beyond that I don't really mind.

This team needs solidified and given a run, rather than freaking out on the back of 33 games. Armstrong made a mistake with inactivity last summer, still hasn't addressed our upcoming RFA's and doesn't look like he'll be active in the coming days. A lot of the criticism has to be directed there as well.

I'm still confident we are making the playoffs, and if we get hot at the right time we'll do fine. We need a trade though.

How is that not goaltender interference to physically push the net forward to knock the goalie's pad off the post? If that's legal, why not do that on every jam play. Just center it, and have someone push the net forward, and slide it past the goalie. Seems easy enough.

If Columbus wins tonight they will only be one point back of us. :baghead:
Yo, diggitty. Its time to start bagging it up. From elite to a ********** group of losers. Since game 8 of the season they have been under .500 by a decent margin.

Line them all up and figure out who needs to leave. Pang is my first choice, along with Pat Parris who has absolutely no idea about hockey or baseball. Pang is great when you're winning, but he's wearing on me.

Hahaha, I agree about Parris. He can barely read off the teleprompter too.

I imagine it is some instance where the whistle didn't blow the play dead so they can't retroactively say interference and call no goal. He clearly forced Halaks skate off the post, but I didn't expect them to go back and wave it off.

Blow it up.

Trade Perron, Berglund, AMac, Halak

This team doesn't belong in the playoffs even if they do manage to sneak in.

Oh wow.. this post.

He might be over reacting but I bet Perron or Berglund...or maybe both will be dealt. I don't want to see Stewart traded, I think we need him but I wouldn't be surprised if he was dealt either.

I don't care what anyone says. I'll take that effort against the Kings over what we seen in the playoffs.
LOL. That's not saying much at all.

After all that bull**** talk about buying in this was a poor effort. They came out playing physical but then got completely outplayed.

Halak was NOT good. People need to take off the blue colored glasses. He's not a good goalie and once again let in a couple weak goals.

This team doesn't get it. They aren't that good. I'll be surprised at this point if Army doesn't do something. This team needs to at least make a move to give us a change.

Agreed about Pat Parris. Just such an idiot. I personally like Pang, but I can see how he would annoy some people. I think he's pretty funny.

How was Halak not good? 36-39 plus a controversial goal, and he let in one easy goal. Big deal. He was easily why the Blues stayed in the game for so long.

I wouldn't mind seeing Mcdonald and Berglund go in separate deals to get what we need.

Add on to both if necessary, but something needs to be done.

They reviewed it, and they have the ability to wave off a goal if there is goaltender interference. Maybe it's not technically interference? I can't recall an instance quite like that one. By the spirit of the rule, though, it did hinder Halak's attempt to make a save. They at least reviewed it, I'll give them that. I guess it's a legal play.

The Blues lack a game changer and Tarasenko isn't that yet, well at least can't expect him to carry the team...but he needs more minutes. Theyvalso lack a gritty veteran forward,a guy who has been there done that. They lack focus, mental makeup, and leadership. They go all different directions, passes are way off,and I'm tired of watching the talent that is there get flushed down the toilet.

Well then you wont care that I dont think the Kings are some great team that cant be beaten. You can enjoy the loser effort, Im not.

Kings were 1-4-1 coming into tonight in their last 6.

Yeah i don't know anything. I have no idea what we would do without Berglund's 5 assists as a playmaking center all year. Imagine how much worse we would be without an offensive zone penalty each game without Perron too?

Backes took an offensive zone penalty as well. Oshie had another bad giveaway in his own end. Perron takes too many penalties in the offensive zone, but he also was one of 3 or 4 forwards actually creating chances tonight and for the last few games. He is also amongst the top scorers on the team. You trade him and a team that struggles to generate scoring chances gets that much worse.

All you ever do is look at shot totals. The controversial goal was the right call and was also weak. The dude wasnt awful but I wouldn't say he was good. He didn't make many big saves.

And agreed about Pat Parris being awful.

McDonald was pretty invisible once again. His act is getting old (no pun intended).

I liked the way Perron and Tarasenko worked together tonight. This pairing needs to stay together for a stretch, IMO.

Does it? So if we were to trade Perron for Pavelski straight up, which many Sharks fans have agreed is fair, that makes our offense generation worse? Interesting.

Perron was definitely not the problem tonight. He took that unbelievably stupid penalty, but other than that he was fine. He created some chances, held onto the puck a little long a few times, but definitely was not the worst Blues player out there tonight(looking at you Mr. McDonald).

So we're all agreed? Pat Parris' greasy hair and small sports intellect needs to go somewhere else?

I hate the guy. IF you're a Cards and Blues fan like myself, then you would probably pay to ship this idiot to Beirut.

People actually pay attention the post and intermissions? I learned to mute that years ago.
