I can see why they brought Giles in.

Someone has to teach the kids that not every goal has to be an ESPN top ten worthy play. Ugly goals count all the same.

Smith takes one extra stride and he’d have picked dudes pocket and had a clean look at the net. Instead he had to stop moving his feet and do a flailing stick lift. Boo…

giles has pretty good awareness and stays on top of plays quite well
 
Canes broadcast just came back in to the arena audio with no announcers talking and that Latin music with the camera shaking on the guy in the box and it lasted like 15 seconds… i think I just had an acid flashback.
 
Cagnoni does not look like a NHL level defenseman, but its his first game against an elite team. Hope they keep playing him.

Romanov about took a delay of game trying to slow that puck down… I’m very behind the actual game I’m assuming.
 
War to the PP guys during the TV Time out probably: "Remember what we tried the previous two times on the PP? Do the exact same thing."
