How do you find them?

The girl I dated before my current girlfriend bought me melatonin pills but then I struggled to wake up for work in the morning.

Tried meditation but I can't seem to get the hang of that either. I'm not zen enough or whatever lol
It effected me the same way. Try taking a small quarter piece of the pill. Works perfect.

You see tonight that without ti-Cole that we're about the same level as the Ducks. But we have more points cause basically our goalies played lights out for a huge part of the season. That sucks.
Its okay Allens great in the room
3 years full time night worker here. Starting to get some sleep problem in my off days.

I finish my shifts at midnight three times a week and have Uni at 8, its f***ing brutal.

Holy shit, I'm a light weight. Half a gummie and I'm good. lol
Im also 235 lbs right now so I guess im a heavyweight
I can sleep anytime anywhere I just never feel tired it's pretty odd tbh maybe too many years of graveyard shift
Sleeping anytime anywhere really is the greatest gift you can have

All I can say then is good luck & try to get sleep wherever you can.

I had a special spot in the Concordia library just to nap at one point. It can be a struggle for sure.
thanks, I will need all that luck lol.

you do get groggy I feel. I use them once in a while when I feel like I will need the rest or have time in the morning to wake up. I work at 1 pm tomorrow, so I can afford a good 7 hours sleep + wake up time.

My therapist taught me a rythmic method to fall asleep but i hardly ever do it and I mostly cant do it. Its a lot of practice. I found that slow yoga with breathing does wind me down though... but I dont have time for that anymore personally

I would also recommend adding white noise in the form of a fan in your bedroom, we are so used to it that we can't sleep without it.
Lmao, last summer I went on a week trip with my boys and one of the boys had to have his stupid white noise "fan" noise on his app go all night. We were going insane the first two days but it kinda works.

I used to be able to fall asleep by slowing my breathing but that doesn't seem to work anymore for whatever reason. Need a new trick.

Edit: I used to play dark ambient music to sleep to but that pisses off the girlfriend who says it's like trying to sleep in a dungeon. Lol. So thats out.

Try drumming a beat for as long as you can on your knees and slow it down over time. The goal is to do it slow enough thay your hands arent moving anymore and your mind is so focused that you just fall asleep.

Dont drum a beat that you know the lyrics too. So no we will rock you wont work.
