Sleep hygiene is a thing though and the key is to try and maintain consistent habits just like in any other aspect of life. Go to bed early and get up early if at all possible.Screens can also mess up sleep patterns, I try to not read on the phone in bed / bedroom (Kindle/Kobo readers are fine) but sleep is very finicky and I agree with @Mrb1p that being a good sleeper is not appreciated enough by those who have it.
