And just like that, another reminder of how clueless I am. Of course I could freeze it! Thanks

I bought it twice from Costco, pre grated.

One time my kid put it in the pantry for 2 days (just like he does with kraft, didn't think to tell him), it was all moldy.

Bought another container of it, not even 3 weeks later in the fridge it was full of mold.

I could definitely freeze it though.
If you would have brought it back with your receipt, Costco would have reimbursed you. They're all worried

I just tried those boneless short ribs from Costco — they taste amazing. Since they’re on sale gotta buy and freeze a few more.

Only mistake I made was putting too much coarse salt — I should have been less liberal.

Always love Costco. Very good quality stuff, even their frozen stuff. I believe I did try those ribs on the barbeque and they are phenomenal. Added some garlic honey sauce to it too.

Getting a full rotisserie chicken for 6 dollars is a steal, they lose money on that offer.

The caramelization from the grill must take it to another level.

Their roasted chickens are now $7.99 but remains great value (it’s what they call a loss leader for them — they’ll lose money on the product but it’ll bring in customers who’ll spend on other stuff too). I’ll typically just eat the brown meat and use the rest in a soup the next day.

I want to like him, but unless Harris starts to produce offensively, I think we've got better options moving forward.
He’s a rookie lol maybe let him learn and grow. Didn’t know he had to be perfect in his first season.
