Always love Costco. Very good quality stuff, even their frozen stuff. I believe I did try those ribs on the barbeque and they are phenomenal. Added some garlic honey sauce to it too.I just tried those boneless short ribs from Costco — they taste amazing. Since they’re on sale gotta buy and freeze a few more.
Only mistake I made was putting too much coarse salt — I should have been less liberal.

Short rib needs to be cooked low and slow, in liquid if possible. I braise that bitch up for 12 hours in vege stock with a mirepoix. Also insane as a ragù.

Their roasted chickens are now $7.99 but remains great value (it’s what they call a loss leader for them — they’ll lose money on the product but it’ll bring in customers who’ll spend on other stuff too). I’ll typically just eat the brown meat and use the rest in a soup the next day.
