I bought it twice from Costco, pre grated.

One time my kid put it in the pantry for 2 days (just like he does with kraft, didn't think to tell him), it was all moldy.

Bought another container of it, not even 3 weeks later in the fridge it was full of mold.

I could definitely freeze it though.

Don’t buy it pre-grated cause it might have been grated too long ago. I get it grated at the supermarket. I pick a piece that I like and it gets grated fresh every time.

Doesn't need to be perfect. Just needs to to show enough/something to stick! I like several parts of his game, but it's not often you have soft, bland defenceman sticking for very long in the NHL.

I think Drouin and his speed fits more with Ylonen and Pitlick, whereas Dvorak's more complete game fits with RHP and Anderson.
