Kings have to play .650 hockey just to get 95 pts. .650 a few weeks ago would have been good for 100 pts. I don't think Quick's coming back, we've Budaj for the rest of the season.

I can think of several games over the seasons that Quick has flat-out stolen for us. I can only think of 1-2 this season where Budaj has done the same, and rarely has outperformed the opposing goaltender.

I agree that he's not THE problem and what he's done is admirable, but as a bubble team, less-than-stellar goaltending is just one more storm to weather on a ship that's already got issues from previous storms.

Life looked so positive a few hours ago...

I didn't even know he played he was so invisible.

Maybe I was looking for them to back up my prediction, but I thought that line had the best even strength shifts, by far.

King's best chance didn't register as a shot on goal (one timer on an unsettled puck in the slot) and Gaborik waited too long on a feed from Kopitar but still hit the post.
