Brad Richardson with his hoodie unzipped and chest hair exposed is getting Moriarty all hot and disturbed.

Nice job NHL tonight.

this show is a joke! the arena cam interviews are the biggest waste of time, and i used to love when the analysts didn't talk over the PBP highlights. Mark roe is also an idiot.

call me crazy, but i'd rather have detroit in the playoffs in the 8th spot to take on chicago... who actually can steal a series with Z/ Datsyuk/ Howard. Columbus looks improved but i think they're going to get swept up and won't give chiacgo any sort of fight in that series.

Wow. I love the late game dominance and all indications are that Quickie is getting back to the peak of his play.

I'm trying to be cautious but this team is starting to reallgy excite me. I can't wait to see how this plays out.

The explanation given to brown about the Dallas second goal is that the puck was hit above the crossbar but below the shoulder. A goal is disallowed above the crossbar, but the puck has to be hit above the shoulder to be blown dead.

Sounds like the right call was made on that goal.

Great victory and a ROW to boot. I was just looking over the box score and the Kings won 42 of 55 faceoffs. That is ungodly. Playoff Quick is starting to emerge. Playoff Doughty as well. If Playoff Kopi shows up, look out.

The puck was played well above shoulder height.

LOL ... it was only below his shoulder because he JUMPED in the Air to swing at it ... the LINESMAN made the right call on the Ice ... but was overruled WRONGLY by the 2 Refs.

Does anyone have a better video of that hit by Brown on Roussel? Dallas feed did not have a good angle from the front and I saw people were saying that Roussel hit himself with his own stick.

Did you guys read The Royal Half's game preview. It's great! :biglaugh:

“Mike Richards (Aquarius) & Jeff Carter (Capricorn)
As linemates for the LA Kings, Mike Richards and Jeff Carter are a fine example of two very different teammates bringing out the best in one another. As an Aquarius, Richards is more apt to see a bigger, loftier, more abstract picture while Capricorn Carter is likely to be grittier, more cautious and practical in his approach to things. While their outlooks may differ, Capricorn and Aquarius are both very focused individuals and their common goals help band these two players together, making them a tandem to be reckoned with on the ice.

These two signs — and players — help balance one another out. Aquarian Richards encourages Capricorn Carter to think outside of the box, while the more balanced Carter offers a steady system of support to Richards, helping to further direct his focus and keep the Kings on-point and on-target for the Stanley Cup.â€
