At least it's not the 90's , early 2000 Devils coming to town to pummel us with Stevens, Daneyko, McKenzie , Arnott,Stevenson, Richer, McKay and the troops smashing us physically, while the camera cuts to stupid Marty Broduer getting another victory with his dad taking pictures. God I hated those days.

Montembeault (confirmed starter)

Would be nice if Roy could show a spark but I don’t think his skating is quite there yet to create real separation and more offensive chances.

Agreed. I am underwhelmed so far. And is it me, or does he look tiny? I know he is 6' and all, but based on his size, I feel he should be so much quicker. Not used to seeing a relatively little dude who isn't very fast.

By little, I mean comparatively on the ice.

Please win. Go on a streak.

Our coach has lost the room.
We need to sink in the rankings for a change.

Suzuki and Caufield way more heart night in and night out than our top 2.

This little table since it involves a Devils player:

Clearly, Slaf ought to shoot more. And he’s turning out to be quite the well-rounded player.

But … but … what about his Liiga stats!!!!!

:cry::lol::cry:

OBJECTION!
John Bartlett is really stretching reality with that comparison but I will let it go this time.
You're on a short leash.
Your witness...

Someone did Rantanen as well in the Slaf thread and he was very similar to Hughes, but also with 17 minutes per game and at a year older.

We have ourselves a complete player.

I bet if Habs went on an 11 game winning steak, like the Oilers, they'd be in da playoffs.
