Don't blame the ref on that one. Even on replay you couldn't see where the puck was, I don't expect the ref to see that in real time with 10 players in the blue paint + Rinne
Refs have stolen like 3+++ powerplays and one goal from Avs. Are you kidding me.
But we beat a near full strength Blackhawks, and a pretty good (despite the standings) Islanders recently. To me, that means (on our day), we can beat anyone.
The reason I tune in every game, and even watch the replays of the losses if I'm at work, is despite the culture around the team, I think we can win every game.
Really who cares, not like the Avs would ever score on one of them
We can't.
13-26-1.
Don't have the talent on the team to win or even have a chance of winning every game.

Last year we didnt get to 27 regulation losses until February 21st.
Annoying to have another winnable game being lost due to our veteran presence. Slow, lazy, zero awareness.
I liked the top two lines and Zadorov. Good effort and offensive presence.
We DID play pretty well tonight, with our number 1 Dman out.
Another loss but at least it was a competitive game.
You're move, Arizona.
Agreed, majority of the players have already mailed it in. It's so obvious by now. It's more than a talent issue in my mind. They can increase the talent level, but there is very little semblance of structure or simple fundamentally sound hockey on the ice.
