Richards and Carter are producing in spite of who's on LW. I hope Penner is back soon, Toffoli is good but I don't like them continually switching Richards and Carter from right to centre to left.

Richards/Carter need to have a game of survivor to find a left winger. Guys can compete in shooting, looking super cool, and drinking competitions. Whoever wins, gets to play with them in the playoffs.

Goal tending sucked in LA for DECADES. Until you guessed it....Randford started coaching Quick and Johnny B.

I dont want to whine about the reffing but it was pretty terrible. Calling offside on williams when he had basically a breakway. Just some really bad calls.

Williams wasn't offsides, but the kings player that was changing was still in the zone. I don't know who it was, but he is clearly still in the zone before the puck.

Yup! The Kings need to either stick with TT or get Penner back in there. Clifford is a terrible solution for that line, and him being up there takes away one of our best bottom 6 players.

Out of all the kings again even richardson, fraser should be sitting in for penner or toffoli.

Discussion is cool with me, its when we insist on wanting this guy sat or dealt or fired or sent down that it gets tiring. I mean to each their own and I agree that nobody should be run off, were all Kings fans but I mean we are in 4rth place and did get 3 out of 4 points is all I am saying.

I guess it just happens too often for my taste.

Agreed and it's not Clifford, much as I love his energy and hustle, he's not a top 6 player with those instincts. Richardson either. But until Penner is ready , that's what Sutter has to work with. Richards has to be at center to be effective and that makes Carter better, they've been great , feeding off each other and scoring these last few games. But the LW , for now is a problem there.

Do the Kings practice shootouts? Some teams don't. I know last year when the Flyers were chasing the Pens for the Division title at one point, it was mentionedto Lavvy that the Flyiers had not won a SO and the Pens had (at that point in the season, ) won 8 games via SO and since they were up by less than 8 point on the Fleyrs, it was a difference.
The Pens do practice SO's at the end of each practice. Lavvy said he felt it wasn't something they needed to concentrate on.
Wouldn't that help your goalies in breakaways too?

Remember 2010-11? Quick was like 18-0 up to that point in shootouts...

Actually it was reported at the time he was the only member of the staff that had their contract up. He had a shorter contract. Everyone else was/is still under contract.

First of all, don't talk to me like that. I would love a good converstion after a hockey loss but more than half of the pgt is moaning. So, I stay clear of it for the most part. But, when I read something like that I can't help but say something. Their is nothingwrong speaking youropinion but the timming is terrible and the fact that it makes no sense
