3 points out of a Back to Back yes please.

On to the next game.

Oh Kings .....no more shootouts please.

Another horrible shootout performance by one of our goalies. It was similar to Quick's crap shootout performance. Bernier gets taken to school on the same move the first two times. Frustrating and questions need to be asked about what the **** Ranford/Hextall are doing with these guys?

Frustrating as hell.

Happy we got one point in a back-to-back after trailing three separate times.

Bernier is not explosive in the shootout. Positional doesn't help that much in the shootout.

No surprise he didn't stop a single one watching how he plays it.

Division is out of reach, but the Stanley Cup isn't.

I'm at the point where I feel like Bill Ranford should be fired. Done nothing to fix the holes in either goalie's game.

Seriously? Come on, now. He's helped both Quick and Bernier develop into great goaltenders.

If you're referring to the shootout, a goalie coach can't do much in that regard, can he?

Not even mad. As soon as I saw it was a shootout, I knew we were doomed. But honestly, one point on the second half of a back-to-back, against one of the top teams? I'll take it.

And a skills competition won't win you a playoff game. Kings were the better team and hopefully, Penner will be back by then and give the second line more stability than it has now.

Get real. Bernier is so much more composed this year it's like not watching the same goalie. I'll say the same thing I said after the Minnesota game. They don't have shootouts in the playoffs, so I don't care how they go. I like what I saw.

Pffft. How do you place the blame on Ranford? This (shootouts) falls directly on the shoulders of Quick and Bernier. Bernier overthinks it and doesn't utilize side-to-side athleticism enough, and Quick has just been off his game and it has gotten to his head, like Doughty and his scoring woes earlier in the season. Neither game should have gone to overtime in the first place. Can't entirely place the blame on the goaltender anyhow.

I dunno if you can continue to call it luck after 38 games. They were missing their number 1 center too...

And they were dominated most of the game.

They are definately a playoff team but way overrated.

It has very little to do with the shootout. But okay. I'm out since I spoke out against the unholy Kings and now all you guys are going to blindly follow the herd.

IT'S NOT ABOUT ONE ****ING GAME. Christ you guys....

We could use some work on our shoot outs. At times we dominated again but just couldnt get that extra goal. 3 out of 4 points isnt bad.

I don't even care. Kings are the better team.

We would murder Anaheim in a 7 game series.

Actually, if anything, this season shows how much more important Ranford is to Quick and Bernier considering how they don't get as much practice in a compressed season.

All Bernier did was guess in the shootout, and he guessed wrong every time. Sick of these stupid skills competitions deciding games. Just go back to the 10 minute O.T. already and throw the loser point out the ****ing window.

Dress heating up. Regehr is providing some toughness. Carter is on fire. We have a great record this last month and Quick is looking a little better week to week.

By the time the month ends we should be ready to own the playoffs

It doesn't matter if it was about half the season.. Ranford is not at fault. Every goalie has holes in their games. Lets stop acting like this is some kind of new beginning. You sound looney.

Who cares, the only thing I get from this game is it was a good tuneup for the playoffs. Never give up, come from behind, hitting, character, etc.

That all it's about, now. Keep playing that way and making the playoffs will be a non-issue.
