If you had to pick between Joey and Nash to be on your NHL team... I'm picking Johansen! (Wow, he's come a long way)

They sat back a little too much but it was a good team effort win. Guys did their jobs & a good debut for McKenna.

Hope Murray is ok. Boyle got away with some cheap chit tonight. Boll was hopefully taking notes for future endeavors.

NYR going for their 4th loss in a row and 5th straight loss at home. Hope we can help them out :)

Hope we can resolve goalie injuries and Ryan Murray wasn't hurt too bad.

I doubt anybody would have said that 2 months ago or even 1 month. He's maturing before our eyes.

It's amazing what can be done when you check your ego at the door & listen to the coaches & leadership in the room. Attitude goes a long way in this league.

That's the Nash we all know and love!

Actually, with regards to the Joey vs. Nash and all that, I'd take Nash back in a heartbeat. I'd love to see Foligno - Johansen - Nash. Maybe Horton fills that hole?

Candidly, I felt more comfortable with McKenna in net than McBackup.

I did too, and it started when McKenna was like a third defenseman getting the puck behind the net and starting the breakout. His coolness and positioning was good.

I thought it was BS when Portzline mentioned it but this team has played far better without Bob than with the McBackups. Funny how that works.

Hell, *I* wouldn't have said that a month ago! Honestly, I was wondering over the summer if we should be trading him. I guess everyone's glad I'm not the GM.

No, no, no. This team is young and has an identity which they sometimes (and recently frequently) play to. Nash would set that back, imo.
