Well he doesn't do anything at even strength, so I don't see why he would start on the powerplay.
Players look like they dont care. All of them. Careless luckluster play. No jump. No sense of urgency. Content with losing. You gotta get the coach out when you see these things.

There's a severe lack of accountability on this team right now.
Granted, I hate that it seems to be Kakko and Laf who are the only ones ever held accountable for anything, and that absolutely needs to change. But Laf needs to be held accountable for this.
Was just going to say seems to be good enough to play for the hurricanes last year and a monster devils team this year

Jack Hughes vs. Kakko and Lafreniere is example A of why "YOU GOTTA EARN IT KID" is a dumb approach. We made Kakko and Lafreniere "earn it" and in the process they became Marcel Hossa and PA Parenteau. The Devils drafted Hughes and put him on PP1 and let him be an offensive dynamo and now he's going to be an actual star player.
