What else can he do. He's made some mistakes but even you have to admit he looks better than last year.

Then again maybe you won't admit that.

No QB is going to be immaculate. He's gotta eliminate some mistakes and bad reads. But all in all he's been solid. I can't say this loss is on him.
He's been ok. The ask is to eliminate colossal mistakes. That is part of a QBs progression and it's not happening for him. It's not about simply looking better than last year. That is an extremely low bar. Or if you make a huge mistake, overcome it and lead your team to victory.

For me personally, I view this season as what last season was supposed to be. Everyone on the team lost a year of progression and growth. And that's on Bill.

I like what I see so far. He's been better. I think he'll be fine going forward. But it would help if we had an OL and a legit #1 WR.

Nobody fears our offense. Nobody fears our defense. And most importantly. Nobody fears Bill anymore. That my friend is a HUGE problem.

Ahhh you'd have to listen/watch it
I'll check twitter lol

feel bad for Bill his special teams and D gave Mac and Obrien opportunities they folded on again. Remember how we were assured the OC was the issue. no change from Patricia

Still ridiculous that a league that generates the revenue that the NFL does, can't invest in a VAR type system for spots.

Soccer gets it right, and it is what it is.

They did a great job shutting down Tyreke Hill. They got gashed against the run and only got 1 sack. In the end, they gave up 24 against a really good offense. Decent effort, but far from dominating.

Offensively, they just don’t have the ability to get big plays early in games. That O line isn’t good. 4 sacks, and Jones didn’t have the time to throw downfield. They averaged 7.5yds per completion and that’s not good enough.

Bottom line, you gotta win your home games against division opponents if you wanna have a chance at sniffing the playoffs.

The offense is completely different from Patricia. The problem is the players. There is not a lot of talent at WR. I would of put Douglas back our there after the fumble as he's the closest thing we have to game breaking speed.

You know what would piss me off as an owner when I watch my team struggle to score 17 pts?

Yeah I get sitting the kid for a few series after the fumble.

But it was evident they needed a play maker on the field in the 4th quarter, keeping him stapled to the bench so they can throw screens for negative plays to Juju is a big whiff.

You know who could use Mac? The Jets.
Breece Hall. Garrett Wilson.

Both better offensive players than we have. He'd probably thrive.

f*** off with that bullshit answer, Bill.

I'm so sick of this guy. I'll take Prime as a coach any day. He's lost me. Bill has lost me.

One of the most frustrating parts of the last few years is how bad the product looks, and yet the results aren't actually that bad, which probably gives the impression to those inside the organization that they're not that far away, when the truth is that a major overhaul is needed.

They get the most out of the limited talent they have. Credit to Bill for that.

They also don’t have a lot of high-end talent on that roster. Blame to Bill for that.

How many guys on the Pats roster are in the Top 5 in the league for their respective positions? How about Top 10? Top 15?

There’s like 6-7 great offensive lines in the entire league. Everyone is facing pressure. The issue is that no one on this team can create separation and the Patriots can’t get rid of the ball quickly. The issue is the receivers, not the line.

I think it goes to show that Belichick is still a good coach that he can coach up a mediocre product to where it is.

The issue is the talent on the roster is thin, especially offensively outside of a Rhamondre.

If Kraft was smart, he's get an actual GM in here, not some cronie like Groh, and tell Bill that's how the f*** it is. If he doesn't like it, then he can leave.

The roster issues have gone on too long to not warrant some kind of major shift. OBrien is a good step in the right direction scheme and coaching wise, but it can only go so far when the talent isn't there.

I think he wants it but wants to get it in his way, thru defense and boring(imo) football, not sure how possible that is in the NFL today.

I think if he was willing to give up roster control, or a large portion of it and just coach with a competent new age GM, then he’d be still super valuable but that’s never happening.

He may just be getting too old to run it all.
